Joe worked on my house this summer, fixing a lot of structural issues (installing lally columns, re-​pointing the entire foundation, sistering beams, replacing the front porch, built a walk-​in closet, etc.). His quality of work is excellent and he always finished on time or early. I would highly recommend Top-​Notch Custom homes.
I am a first time home owner (since July) and we had him start right after I moved in. When we were discussing the contract, he was kind enough to point out certain jobs that I could do myself and also showed me how to do it, thereby saving me money. He also gave me tips on other maintenance aspects of the house (the advice was very useful).

We had our entire bathroom gutted and everything installed brand new. Joe had a good estimate for the job and stuck to it. The fixtures were installed and included in the price, and he worked well with us as we adjusted some pieces during the job.
The subway tiles look amazing and the marble pieces are luxurious. He was careful to clean up the site after working.
Most of all, my wife loves the new bathroom.

The painter was extra neat and paid wonderful attention to detail. Joe was on site almost every day and let me know when he or others would be arriving each morning. Not once did any of the men make me feel inferior or pesty because I was a woman. Joe kept great track of the process and answered all of my questions.
