Every time I walk into Rada I feel like I’m whisked away to a small NY boutique. The service is great, styles are fabulous and prices awesome. I always pick up little jewels when I go.

I’m not afraid of you or your threats legal action Rada. Many Unilocalers have messaged me about the comment you wrote to me. Many feel it wasn’t very nice to put it lightly. One Unilocaler even commented to me that you«slit your own throat» with replies like the one you left me. Just so we are clear«slit your own throat» is figurative NOT literal, it is a figure of speech. What was meant by that comment is that you give the unsatisfied customers more credibility because of the harsh reply, it makes you look like the bad guy. If you read Help For Business Owners, Unilocal gives some practical suggestions to help Business Owners to respond to negative reviews in a tactful way that helps defuse situations such as this one, instead of being threatening. I mean I wouldn’t want you to get sued in return, Unilocalers are well protected by the 1st Amendment and Anti– slapp legislation. I amended my review and took out the words that offended you because I am a reasonable person. I do not wish anything bad upon you. I am just expressing my opinion, feelings and telling my experience. I hope your business continues to do well and that you learn from experiences such as the one that I had and improve the customer service you give to your con-signers. Maybe that improvement would be something as simple as agreeing upon a set price to sell the consigned item for before taking it for consignment and putting it in writing.

I love going to Rada Boutique & Upscale Consignment. Unlike having to go to several stores to get what I am looking for, I find the trendiest clothes and accessories here. I get more compliments on the accessories I have gotten at Rada’s. I would recommend everyone just to peek your head in here, you won’t be sorry!

Well, I love to consign and decided to use this New Consignment since its also a boutique & in downtown Wakefield. NEVERAGAIN !!! Honestly, doesn’t know how to price high-end designer clothing. Gives you the run around about collecting your $ & items, sets up appts but not there/closed, unprofessional manner(screams, walks into the dress-room when your changing, etc). Your items could go in there completely cleaned and she’ll mark them down for being stained, etc — don’t forget they go missing… When she gives you the itemizes printout– its only for only the cost she gave you for each item &NOT what she sold it for! Recommended a friend & she had the same experience!!! This lady honestly thinks she’s doing you a favor to consign your clothing, what a joke & a nightmare. There are other«PROFESSIONAL» consignment shops; which I’ve been with for years and no hassle ever!!!
