I had a very good experience with Charles/Semper West. Charles came out to estimate my roof project and was very informative and knowledgeable. He told me all I could possibly need to know about roofs and roofing and gave me abundant choices without being pushy. I took his proposals and advice and contacted him for a revised proposal. He agreed to my counter offer and he came by and scheduled. I was unable to attend the installation but Charles contacted me and advised me of the progress. When finished, his crew had cleaned up very well and washed off my decks. The whole job was finished on the second day. The roof looks very professionally done and with the advise Charles gave me up front, I know what is installed ‘underneath’. All in all it was a job well done and I’m quite pleased with the work.

The actual quality of the work and the pricing was really good, I would recommend them. Charles was very hands on and thorough in both his assessment and supervising the work that was done. I was very happy with the results.
However, I had a really difficult time with the billing office up in Maryland. It took them 6 months to charge my credit card (meaning they’d be holding on to my full number for that long) and even then didn’t charge me the full amount. Getting a hold of someone in the billing department was also difficult and it took me 4 days to hear back (and only then after I called a second time).
I feel complete confidence in the work that was done, less confident in the security of my credit information.
