We’ve taken our dogs to Cheri and her crew for several years and always had very good experience with Muddy Paws. She is always very cheerful and a pleasure to deal with. She is also a great dog lover and fosters rescue dogs that hang around the shop waiting to be adopted. It’s always fun to visit the shop and see a half dozen customer dogs enjoying each other’s company. Muddy Paws is both a day care and grooming place that our dogs are always enthusiastic to visit.

My wife and I were up at our house in Fayston and our poodle was funky smelling and she really needed a clip. I called and left a message which was returned the next day as the day that I had called the pipes in the shop were frozen(it was about –15 the previous night). Cheri was nice over the phone and said she could clip the dog that day so my wife dropped her off later that morning. Our dog was there for a long time when my wife called to find out what was up. She was told it would take a while longer, that we would be called, and that the dog bit the groomer. The dog has never bit a groomer but she can be a little nippy when handled and this was a stranger to her, and though I love her she really can be a bitch at times. Finally we got a call and my wife picked up the dog, leaving a large tip to make up a little for the bite, and brought her home. I have to say that in her 13 years the poodle has never had such a nice cut, she’s beautiful. The cut was 5 stars, the longish wait knocked it down a star but I would not hesitate to return.
