Zumiez

I went in to the store on the 24^th of november with a long, specific shopping list and a huge? Hanging over my head. Leilani saved me. She is amazing she saved me time and made my shopping experience soooo much easier! Big relief. She has excellent customer service thank u so much leilani!

Good customer service.
They don’t have the greatest selection compared to their other locations. I found a few items but there was a little discrepancy on an item that I had chose because it was on a sale rack when it wasn’t suppose to be. The manager gladly honored the discount with no issues. He just had someone remove the rest of the same item from the rack.

Just was window shopping here while waiting for the wife. Saw a gshock watch that I liked and decide to buy it. The sales staff were very friendly. Nice selection of t shirts, shorts, shoes, hats. Will stop by there more often to check out their selection of clothes and g shocks.

When did this store get here? Well, seeing as how I never go to Waikele anymore who knows? Anyway, if you like Obey stuff, this store is your mecca. Tons of cute Obey t-​shirts and tank tops for both guys and girls. Lots of nice skate shoes too, but I don’t think I saw any girls shoes… They seem to have a good mix of more expensive name brand stuff and cheaper made-​in-​China trendy stuff. Fairly friendly workers too.

It’s been a while since i’ve been to Waikele, so this place is new to me. We came here in search of gifts for my daughter, who’s birthday is coming up soon. The kids section was a bit on the small side, but for what they had it was awesome. Very cute tops at some decent sale prices, and of course an awesome selection of clothes for the young adult /​parents still trying to be hip… I’m not that old dammit… The trip here was more so to investigate possibilities, so we didn’t puchase anything yet… But we did get some great gift ideas that we will probably be back to pick up when my daughter is not with us… As Lucas said in Empire Records… «Always mess with their minds…»

I recently visited the store and found myself not really pleased… kind of bored or just mutual.
If you’re lucky you can catch really good sales.
For me the Waikiki location has more things/​sales.
The worker’s here seemed pre-​occupied with things compared to the Waikiki location that’s always nice and greet you and help out with questions. (They even helped me pick out a jacket once) The store was clean though. :]
The reason I give them a 5 star rating is the phone call I made today. The Waikele location is MUCH closer than Waikiki for me so I was wondering if they carried a certain shoe in kids sizes (yeah… I got small feet). The worker was glad to help me but informed me they don’t normally carry them but he can order them for me as long as the website carried them. He was very patient with my thousands of questions and I thanked him and got off the phone happy. Feeling like he honestly wanted to help me. Great customer service. Yay!

Not sure when Zumiez Waikele opened but I went there this evening. Sale sale sale. Workers are nice, place looks neat and organized… what i dislike is when you have to search above and beyond for things… so happy to have one near my home… especially since «ehm beh» loves zumiez. :)
