Love the location but the drip coffee is definitely not Starbucks’ recipe. I think they make it weak to save money. We are timeshare owners at this Marriott Starbucks, but we actually go offsite to get a real cup of Starbucks coffee at the Cannery Mall Starbucks or across the street at the new Starbucks by Panda Express. Sad!

One of the nicest Starbucks you’ll ever get a coffee at. The people are really nice and helpful. The view of Lanai Island and the Ka’napali Beach is amazing. Come for the coffee, lounge about for the view. Definitely pricey, but come on folks, you are at a Maui resort, so expect it. #highrentdistrict

Most importantly, this is a full-service Starbucks location, not one of those crappy hotel lobby operations that is basically«we proudly brew Starbucks crappy beans we bought at Costco.» Conveniently located steps off the beachwalk at the Marriott. So why not more stars? Every drink is $ 1 – 3 more than on the mainland, and the lines are soooo looooong and then once you order it takes forever for the drink to be made. We’re talking a half hour easy for your caffeine fix.(It was like this at all times in the morning in the summer, can’t comment on other times.) Note — the employees seem to be working hard, but there aren’t enough and the crowds are huge.

Fantastic location, poorly trained staff. Consistent errors observed inputting orders, double charges, incorrect orders over multiple days. A bit surprising. No wireless, though you can get Marriott broadband here.

We loved having this Starbucks right in our hotel, on Ka’anapali beach. Very convenient, great service. Pricey, but not too surprising because of the location.

Phenomenal views of Ka’anapali Beach await those who take their Coconut Mocha, fresh cut Maui Pineapple and fresh spinach egg wrap out on the patio for breakfast. This is attached to the Marriott Ocean Club, but is accessible for walkers by from the beachwalk. I came here almost every morning for those Coconut Mochas. Might as well have called them Cocainut Mochas as addicting as they were!
