For me, this location is out of the way except for when I’m at work. It’s a fairly new store, probably about 10 years old or so, located at the busy intersection of Lower Main & Lower Waiehu Beach Rd. It’s a small footprint, clean, with a few indoor tables, and drive thru. Access in & out is easy, parking is minuscule and tight.
Service was friendly, though it took a while for my Ultimate Cheeseburger to be made. But, it was well worth the wait as the burger was nicely prepared and not sloppy at all except for a few ketchup & mustard overflows. The more, the merrier!
FACTS:
There are only 3 locations on the rock — This one, Kahului, and Kihei. The Lahaina location closed years ago which didn’t even have a drive thru.
JITB has locations in only 19 US states, mostly on the west coast, so we should all be so lucky! Kind of like having an In N Out. Just kidding. Nothing can compare to I&O! But imagine going to Boston, New York or Pennsylvania and having no JITB option? Shocking, but true LOL.

No need to have a poor review here burger tasty Fries delicious macadamia nut shake delicious. Earning them clean restroom clean. Friendly service smiles on their face everything delicious I’ll be back

I recently wrote a bad survey, I’m just a honest person. I sometimes go maybe every 2 months. for some reason I always have the same person in drive thru. she should know better that when I do come I always show her my military card for my 10% discount. Why is it she seems so hesitate or act like «what is that look?» but anways she seem soo upset every time I come. Is it me? This last visit I ordered egg rolls. She gave me sweet n sour, I kindly asked can i have buttermilk instead? (I mean we can change our sauce, right??) I then gave her the sauce and she turns and yells «AI YA YAI»! Like wait why is that so hard to do? I told her you dont have to get mad and drove off. The next day I called for the Manager. again someone one the phone hesitant to give her the phone. long pause seems like she covered the speaker part. then tells me «Manager is in the bathroom» (oh nah!) anyways i just told whoever on the phone about the attitude that night. and she is asking me ?‘s to what time when what shirt was she wearing, is it a team leader??? (I told her Why are you asking me all these questions. I really didn’t want to tell her the name… but the end I did. she tells me well next time you can get your discount… Um look girly. I’ve always been getting my discount… It’s just the attitude of this girl is not cool!!, so i told her it’s ok I won’t come back for awhile then hung up!
I later did the survey and got an email. supposely a manager who happens to have the same maiden name as me. (My mom said it’s a relative) but anyways she did emailed me an apologize letter an asked for my address. Which I did… the following day I rec’d one complimentary combo meal coupon. hmmm I guess it’s better than nothing. and it is what it is. But I just wanted to let them know why is the girl sooo upset when I come. She really has a facial attitude, not sure why. Just wanted to share my experience. let me know If Wailuku Jack’s has been nice to you? otherwise they should change that «Now Hiring Good People» —- I don’t think so! Also my 6 year old tells me: Mom, why are they so mean? She also told me «McDonald’s are more nicer! See. kids know! How shameful!
To the girl… cheer up! If you don’t like your job then you should find some place else that makes you happy. Customer Service is not that easy! SMILE!

This kitchen is disgusting. Do not eat here. Go to the other Jack in the Box near Taco Bell across from Maui Mall.
