The best customer service!!! Absolutely the nicest! The gentleman that helped me was the sweetest! I ordered in Hilo and they shipped to Waikoloa. The salesman was so helpful and friendly!!!

We have been shopping shoes at The Walking Company Honolulu for a long time. We are happy with their selection and customer service. King’s Shops Waikoloa branch had my clogs on sale. I needed to get them even though we were on vacation no need for heavy shoes.

I was operating under the misconception that I could wear my flip-flops in Hawaii. I did bring good walking shoes for our out door activities, but a couple of days into the trip my Plantar fasciitis started bothering me… my achilies were in spasam… and I knew I needed my beloved Dansko sandals. I did some research on-line…but I needed the shoes NOW. Luckily there was 2 comfort shoe stores in the King Row shopping center. I felt like I hadn’t left home… there was The Walking Company… just like my mall at home. Sometimes it is good to see the familiar! After a wait for the 1 employee to return, I had 3 pair to try… and I purchased the same style as I already own, but in a different color. Service was great!!! This shoe saved me… and my feet were happy for the rest of the trip… and I am pleased to have 2 pairs of my favorite sandal, here at home, too!!!

If you’re looking for out-on-the-town shoes, don’t go here. If you’re looking for comfy earthy shoes, this is more your place. Mostly various sandals, including some strange ones with rounded soles that are supposed to help your body, and then some socks. There was also a small selection of dressier shoes, again, in brands that promise comfort more than style. There weren’t any shoes I was particularly interested in, but they did have some digital panel you stepped on, and it would show you how you distribute your weight while standing and what help your feet could use… convenient, since the display was attached to racks of insoles. Still, could be useful, or at least fun.
