First Physical & Functional Rehab

I really like the environment here. They’re really nice and never push to to go farther then you can when it comes to the different workouts. They are with you every step of the way and really make you feel comfortable. They don’t only offer physical therapy but they offer massage and acupuncture as well. If you ever need any of these I recommend you come here:)

I was sent here based on incorrect info from my doctor, but that’s not what’s got me all tensed up (hyuk-​hyuk).
Had an initial re-​evaluation with the doc on staff; he was friendly and listened to what I had to say, but ultimately would just agree with the wrong diagnosis the first doctor gave me.
I only went for a few weeks because I could tell it wasn’t doing anything, but I found my experiences there to be surrounded by an air of disinterest and nonchalance that was pretty upsetting to me, being that I was there to get better and freaking the freak out at being so young and being told I needed to go to physical therapy.
No follow-​ups or progress updates/​info were given while I was there, but they’re on it as far as making sure you pay your bill.
I’m sure if I had had an injury that actually needed physical therapy, I would have given at least one more star, but c’mon, if you’re in the business of helping people make sure your attitude reflects that.
It’s located right next to Waianae Store, across from the Chinese restaurant, Golden Dragon.
There is a bus stop located directly out front, which is nice if you use public transport.
Bottomline: The lack of progress-​checks and a «fresh eyes» examination totally killed it for me; I feel that I wasted a lot of my time doing exercises that only exacerbated the issue I had.
