Terrible terrible terrible! Three employees staffed a young man and two ladies. One of the ladies was very rude to the other female whom she appeared to be training. The three of them paid me no attention, held a conversation amongst themselves while barely acknowledging my presence throughout the transaction. They consistently used foul language, irregardless of the group of young(8 – 12 years old) kids also in the line. The food seemed fresh, but the restaurant itself was shambled and unorganized. Management needs to get these employees on a shorter leash, not acceptable for an ethical business model. And on a Military installation no less! I will be going out of my way to use a different subway from now on.

Oh Schofield Subway, I expected better from you. I ate here on a Sunday evening. It was late and an hour before closing time. Maybe the staff was over the workday, but it just seemed like a ho-hum experience. I ordered my sandwich and typically I will watch the workers as they make the sandwich but I was distracted during this visit as I talked to my partner in crime and the cashier. I thought my order was simple. Tuna, cheese, all the veggies EXCEPT olives. Again I was distracted so maybe it was my fault for not catching it. But when I noticed the worker trying to stuff my sandwich closed, I had some concerns. As the partner in crime and I sit down to eat, behold! It seemed as if there was half a can of olives in our sandwich. And to top it off, the bread was mangled, falling apart and left more than half my sandwich on the wrapping as I tried to eat it piece by piece. I’m sorry, but while I appreciate toppings, it would be nice to have the right toppings and to be able to eat my sandwich without half of it falling into my lap. On my part though, I will be sure to watch the workers a little more carefully. #40 of 1002015

My son and i love subway. This location at the Px is okay. We have always been treated right even when the Px gets packed during lunch hour. Doesnt get 5 stars because on an ocassion or two I’ve gotten soggy lettuce, but given the fact that we get good customer service regardless if its packed or not, they deserve the 4 stars.

This review is for the subway on menoher rd. I’d say it’s far better than the one in the PX. The bread is never soggy because they don’t allow excess water build up in the meat, they aren’t stingy with the veggies and keeps the line rolling. That’s all in comparison with the subway in the PX. This subway would have 5 stars if the little sh! t that works there was fired. Not sure if he hates his job or just has an ager issue but the guy slapped pastrami in the middle of the bread and I asked if he could spread it as it was going in the oven and the bread would be hard on the ends. I’m paying for it, I should be able to ask that request. So anyway, my sandwich was slapped together and rough handled on its way to the bag. I get home and open it and the meat is still frozen where it had been clumped up, the bread was anything but toasted. Almost like eating an English muffin untoasted. The veggies were on top of the exposed end being held in the sandwich by the mayo and mustard that was plastered on the paper and all over the outside of the bread. I have a picture of the sandwich and if I go back and my order is taken by him, I will be giving his name to who ever hired him.
