Spent $ 14 on coffee and a few minutes later an employee comes by and tells anyone studying they have to leave if any customers come to make room for them.

The Starbucks café really surprised me today. Spent 18 dollars on 2 fraps and 2 snacks… After our drinks my son asked for a water cup. The girl at the counter said they didn’t give water away. I went up and asked and she said we usually don’t give water… After noticing a water pitcher and small cups on the creamer counter I just shook my head. Why didn’t she just suggest I get this water. not good customer service, esp on a hot day. Wasn’t asking for a free drink, just a cup for a drink of water.

This bookstore is warm and comfy. I enjoyed visiting. The weak spot is the coffee shop. It feels very closed and I didn’t like being closed off from the rest of the store. I would visit again. Of course, Waco doesn’t really have another choice.

Great book selection for a smaller town with comfy chairs for reading. Not in the best location. However, it has a great atmosphere; quiet and cozy, with an awesome wooden bench nook for reading and laptop use. The female barista at Starbucks was super friendly, and the coffee was great! Overall a pleasant experience for this out of town-er.

I absolutely love this place. The atmosphere is so warm and inviting. You can get some fantastic Starbucks coffee(for a reduced price even without a membership card) and wander around for hours looking at tons of books. And they have FREEWI-FI!

Good store, not a great location. Staff is friendly and seem to know what they are talking about. They had a hard to find book that I was looking for and put it aside and on hold for me for 2 days until I was able to make it to Waco.
