V3 Bistro & Cafe

Hosted a bridal shower here this summer. Price was great and the food was all really good. They gave us the whole restaurant which was nice too. I would like to make my way back for dinner sometime soon. Will definitely refer them for future showers/​events.

What can I say great Italian food bring your own wine beer a plus what place let’s you do that Give it try. Fresh homemade Italian bread, straight out of a brick oven. For appiteizers to name a few Stuff Portibello, Toasted Ravioli, Beat and Pear Gorgonzala, Caprese Salad, Fried Calamari, Entrée list goes on Bronzino filet tableside, Ahi tuna, Fresh Salmon, Osso Bucco, Jambalya, Frutti de mare, Mediterranean Shrimp Crab, Chix or Veal Parm, Chix or Veal Marsala your choice of pasta Capilini, Linguini, Penne, Gluten free pasta, even Wheat pasta, PUT A TWIST ON THINGS if you like. Most likely the cooks can do it. Come in try us. I think you’ll like us.

Went to V3 Bistro & Café (Vianna’s) last night as we had a groupon. Granted it was a busy Saturday night, but service was excruciatingly slow. Water was served in disposable cups as they were out of glassware. I knew before hand that they didn’t have a gluten free menu but I thought they would be able to substitute risotto for the pasta that came with the chicken marsala. I asked for the salad w/​the dressing on the side. Waiter had to take it back as it was dressed. When I finally got it, the pieces of romaine were ridiculously big. About a ½ hour after placing the order, the owner came out to tell me they were out of risotto. They were going to substitute grilled vegetables. OK. Finally got it, The grilled potatoes & vegetables were actually very tasty, better than the chicken. Hubby’s pasta arriabiata was tasty, very hot. Had to ask for parmesan. No one had offered it. Owner spent most of the time we were there sitting at a couple of tables chatting with other patrons. We have one more groupon but will wait awhile before we return.
