Chris is extremely rude and unprofessional. He basically didn’t want to drive down to our previously scheduled appointment, so made excuses and told me he had other jobs to do.

So… today I had a professional take care of a simple clog issue that I had, and the exceptional service was a stark contrast to the last time I had this exact same problem taken care of.
These are the guys I used… the last time, two years ago. And I will say that I’ve never in my life witnessed such terrible customer service. It’s the kind of experience that is just SO bad as to be unbelievable.
My realization that I was overcharged for a simple drain clog back then isn’t so much the rub as was this guy’s behavior in my home.
DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!
This individual was very rude, impatient and condescending. He acted as if I had no business asking him questions about the job at hand, in my own home, and that I should have been greatful he showed up at all!
If I hadn’t saved my invoice, I’d have forgotten this companies name. However, I’ll never forget the worst customer service experience in my lifetime!
These guys? AVOID AT ALL COST! Just don’t bother.

Called Chris Sunday morning for an emergency drain clog, and he showed up within an hour, solved the immediate problem, came back a few days later to check and improve on the fix. He not only fixed the problem but took interest in making sure his fix was sustainable.
Full marks for a job well done!

If I could give a «0-​star» review, I would. This guy is a total DBag! I called and then texted, cause that’s what his voicemail said to do. What a mistake! Because he couldn’t make it out on my timeframe, he sent me a nasty text that totally freaked my wife out. Stay away from this idiot.

I called Chris at 11:15am this morning and ran through the entire scenario with my clogged drain. It sounded like he knew exactly how to fix it. He was working on a job when I called him and asked me to call him back in 15 – 20 minutes to finalize his appointment with me. Waited 25 minutes and called him back only to get a voicemail of which the outgoing message says he will call you back in 15 minutes. Now eight hours later and easily ten phones calls and three voicemails to him and not a word back. His phone must have fallen in a toilet because this has been extremely frustrating. Very poor follow-​up skills.

Terrible. Rescheduled 3 times in one day and still never showed. Also, cursed and hung up on me. Spend the extra 5 to 10 $ and save yourself the trouble.
