We started with this agency back in October. We have had nothing but good experiences!!! Lisa was ultra-​responsive when we had to call in Hospice. She arranged the whole thing, and really got «the ball moving», acted as the main contact for setting up visits by the nurses, etc. We were also impressed with the quick turnaround if we needed a back-​up caregiver for the Holidays, or another caregiver needed time off. Lisa was also very good about knowing what was a fit for our family, and my father-​in-​law, so never wasted time with people who weren’t compatible.
