The product is poor and the service is too.
My first order was a birthday gift for an out of town friend. The order arrived on time and the friend thanked me for the lovely orchid. Next, I ordered a lady slipper for my husband and got the real story.
I ordered with plenty of time for delivery to arrive before or on his birthday. Didn’t arrive as scheduled. I called and received a lukewarm apology. When the orchid arrived, I was really disappointed. The plant and bloom were very small. The bloom lasted only a short time. A few years ago, I bought a lady slipper at WAL MART for half the price that lasted for MONTHS.
I called my friend and asked her to tell me the truth about the orchid. Same story, small plant, few blooms that only lasted a few days.
Inferior product+ poor service= RIP OFF
And I can’t get my name removed from their email list after several requests!!!

Terrible service! A two-​day air birthday order wasn’t delivered — and despite repeated calls, I never heard from anyone, no offer to make it right. WHen I finally got a terse email, «problems with our shipping service» was all I was told. Don’t use this service!!!

I decided to get creative and send as a gift of thanks an orchid of the month. I ordered this from
. BIG MISTAKE. They ruined what was supposed to be a wonderful gesture and made it embarrassing for me the gift giver and the recipient. They sent the 1^st month’s orchid and stopped. I called repeatedly and the gentleman on the phone apologized and assured me it would be sent out immediately. 3 months later and no orchids (much to the embarrassment of my friend who had to ask me about it), I called and gave them one last chance. And NADA. So I got my bank involved and disputed the charge at which point they finally sent an orchid, the same one as the first. This service is completely ureliable, Don’t use them, ever!
