My wife and I went with my brother to get him a new phone. We went inside the store and signed in to speak to a specialist. A gentleman came out and started speaking to my brother about what he was wanting to do. The gentlemans name is Stephen and he set my brother up with exactly what he wanted. Stephen has excellent customer service and when my wife and I ready to upgrade we will go see Stephen

Rude service, Judy was the person who was supposed to be helping us she had no personality, was making faces such as «you’re stupid» and wouldn’t even help get our phone case off the phone because we didn’t buy it there?! I used to have Cricket for 5 years and it might of taken an hour to get someone to help you, but at least they were polite and actually helped. The only positive was the guy greeting people at the door, he was polite.

Came to this store to upgrade my phone. For reasons that are no one’s fault but the company’s, I couldn’t. No big deal. But the person who helped me or rather DIDN’T help me, named Pedro, was SORUDE. What the heck? He told me I couldn’t upgrade the way I wanted(by transferring an upgrade from another phone) and by the time I decided that I wouldn’t be getting a new phone, he had already walked away! Not a sorry, thank you, good bye. As someone who has dealt with really crappy customers in a customer service job this made me mad, since I was being perfectly nice. I think he realized we weren’t going to be giving them any money(though I wanted to!) and treated us like throwaways. That and we had to wait a long time before being helped, and though that’s no one’s fault, it was disconcerting to be treated that way after waiting so long.

This store SUCKS. The employees are useless. It would be a better experience if the store was self-serve. They should know more about the phones they are selling. I feel sorry for customers who go in depending on the employees expertise to solve their problems.

Just got my Samsung Galaxy tablet 10.1 from Pedro Perez at this store. He’s been helping me with all things wireless for the past 4 years now. When he switched from working AT&T to Verizon, I switched my providers as well. This is the kind of sales rep/customer care rep that every store should want. Hell, they would want to clone him if possible. If you have a question about a smart phone, dumb phone, tablet accessory… you name it. Pedro knows the specs, and the uses for it. I may be a smart phone/telecommunication geek but he’s the telecommunication GOD. IF you have Verizon, this is the place to go. I can promise with 100% certainty that if you were one of my customers when I worked for AT&T in Red Bluff, you will get the same level of service I gave… Why? Because much of what I learned about cell phones, I learned from Pedro. And BTW, this galaxy tablet could SOOOOO Kill an Ipad 2. Get the white one because this thing is SLIIIIIIICK!!!
