Super Taco

Ate here last night (2−12−16). Ordered a simple bean & rice burrito. Ended up sick as hell halfway through the night. Burrito came right back up. Not eating here anymore.
The employees are notorious for touching food items, then touching the register, counter, doors, and then touch food again without washing their hands.

This place is good. I like their sopes. And the al pastor is alway flavorful. I love the grilled jalepeno peppers avail. upon request but they are so hot I feel the hole burning in my stomach. If you like HoT! Ask for them ;) only reason I score 3 stars is the prices are on the higher end.

We’ve been here three times now, in a two week period, and the chicken and carne asada tacos are great! You can’t beat $ 2 authentic tacos. This is one of the best options for tacos in Visalia. We’re looking forward to trying the breakfast burritos.

I love the food and service at the Supertaco location in Woodlake, so I was totally pumped to find out there was a Supertaco close to my neighborhood. The food is pretty close to the original location… But their service is AWFUL. 2 out of the 3 times we have ordered to go, some of our order was missing!!! After checking the receipt, yup, we paid for it… and when we called to talk to the manager, the girl on the phone could not have been more rude. Basically telling us that she put the food in there and if we don’t have it, that’s not her problem. When I asked to speak to the manager, was told the manager just left. Or was at a catering event, or had the day off. Whatever. Save your money and the headache. Skip Supertaco in Visalia

Very bad service and dirty place. Food was terrible, when asked for salsa red they were out when asked for salt they were out. How could a business like that be open. You will get better food and service from a taco truck.

Chorizo breakfast burrito was very good, but not $ 6 good. Service was slow, but it was fresh. Why doesn’t anyplace around here have affordable breakfast TACOS?

It seems like I’m never satisfied when I order from this place. Either the chicken is dry or the tortilla is oily. The service is Ok but I feel like I need to find a better taco/​burrito spot.

Not good enough to drive so far out of town. Disappointing as reviews made it seem ALOT better than it was.

Every time Ive gone its been a great experience. The young ladies are very nice the cooks are always on point! But what nobody comments on they figured it out!!! you play country music in a Mexican restaurant its like a freaking magnet to white people im not hating money is money. Whatever color pays its what about but yeah just making a funny point

We live around the corner so we eat here a lot. I’m a HUGE fan of the breakfast burritos but I also love their chili verde. My boyfriend always gets asada taco salads or the breakfast burritos. Very convenient for where we live — we always get it to go!

I finally had the chance to stop by and see what’s cookin. Place is awesome! Food is delicious. I had the torta and it was smackin! We’ll continue to grub at this joint.

Super Taco is as good as Mexican food gets. I am obsessed with this place… I even had them cater my wedding rehearsal dinner!
You can find me here at least once a week. I love their asada in the form of burrito, quesadilla and especially taco. I’m not picky about how it’s served, just get into my belly! I can’t vouch for the rest of their food though. Why stray from perfection, amiright?
I frequently made the drive to Woodlake in years past to get my ST fix so I am quite happy that they are in Visalia. The staff is always friendly and the restaurant is always clean.

Superior food… Asada tacos, tostado De Cameron’s, chili relleno. muy sabrosa!!! Food is fresh, prices excellent and service is fast and efficient. Despite the after church rush, they managed the crowd with smiles and quick service. Restaurant VERY clean… inside and outside dining
and to go service. Most items $ 4 – 8. Cold Mexican drinks and fountain beverages available… we will return!

Best Tacos that I have had in Visalia. Great north side location. Very busy at lunch but the line moves quickly. My go to taco spot.

I really like the food here, but my Dr. said I can’t have flour tortillas anymore, so we asked if they had corn and they said no. That really bummed me out because this is one of our favorite places and it was nice to have A&W Root Beer with our meal. So we tried Javi’s Taco Shack out and they have corn tortillas, and there almost as good as Super Taco. I will have to sneak back to Super Taco once in awhile after my Dr. don’t have to test me anymore lol.

Yummy chile verde. Spicy and great flavor, and not fatty. I like it in taco supremes. Rice and beans are pretty mediocre, not a fan of the salsa. But the ability to eat dinner for two people for under 10 bucks makes my standards a bit lower.

Man!!! This place has good food. I use to eat at super taco in Woodlake. So I am glad they opened in Visalia too

Wet burrito was ok. If you want cheap Mexican food with good flavor. This is the place.

My husband and I stopped here in search of some good Mexican food as we’ve yet to fun a great Mexican restaurant here in Visalia. We finally found one!
My husband ordered the ceviche and i ordered the super taco. I asked for chicken but they ran out so I went for asada. The asada had a lot of flavor and there were no fatty parts in my burrito
We enjoyed out food and will be back!

I have to say, not the best mexican food around but if your on this side of town and in a hurry, this place is a decent choice for lunch. Burritos and tacos are not bad, flavor is good but sometimes it seems the food is put together a little too fast that it lacks.
Example: A friend ordered a sopez and a gordita. It was actually the exact same thing, except the gordita had one sopez on top and bottom. The menu makes it look different. On the plus side, I have not tried the ceviche yet, but i hear good things. I will update my review as soon as try out a few more things on the menu. Until then, 3 stars here.
