This place is super tasty! The Shrimp burrito is big & delicious. Gourmet tacos were killer. The girl behind the counter was super sweet. Thanks for the big glass for water. As a So Cal foodie snob, I was surprised of the choices(they have vegan for my vegan son). Please come down to So Cal, so I don’t have to get a cheapskate shrimp burrito from Rubio’s anymore. Dining room is large & open. We did have to wait a bit long to get our food, but it was worth it.

Chop chop salad with chicken and the mango dressing. Cannot go wrong! Huge portion full of great flavors. Once my chicken was not fully cooked but I have never had a problem otherwise!

They have very good burritos. I love their habanero salsa. It’s really spicy and hits the spot. Service is quick and always curtious. When we crave Mexican food this is our go to place.

This place has really good food. Their Salmon Salad is delicious, and you can get it for $ 11.25 for lunch. The portion is huge. You probably won’t be able to finish it unless you’re super hungry. The restaurant has a lot of tables, in a big open room, which I like. You walk up to the counter and place your order, and then you can sit down in the dining area and the servers will bring you your food. They have excellent burritos. Nachos, and tacos! The place is always clean, and the location is pretty good. The only thing I would change is that the parking is weak sauce. This facility is located in a shopping center, and their restaurant is on the corner of the building, so all the parking is shared with the adjacent store. Front-row parking consists of about 4 spaces. But I would recommend this place for sure.

Yummy food and reasonable prices! Some of the staff were pretty rude but one kid was nice and overall because it’s not waiters you don’t deal with the staff much.

Good food if you like authentic Mexican food fused with Taco Bell. The food is on the sweet side and a good change from authentic Mexican food when you are craving Mexican food that is not authentic.

Definitely not authentic. My baja shrimp salad was drenced in salad dressing which kind of ruined it. Chips and salsa were good.

Service is fast and friendly. Food is solid — wife loves the grilled chicken caesar salad and the kids love their nachos and bean burritos. Salsa bar and self serve fountain drinks are very handy for my family — soda button pushin’ kids and salsa fanatic parents. The only bad thing(in my opinion) is something that is out of their hands — the cramped parking of the shopping center it’s located.

I never thought I would write anything negative about Figaros. My family would take special trips to Tulare when they had 1 location. 12÷13÷15 was a letdown. Undercooked fajita burrito(bowl). Total lack of flavor. They seem to be too concerned cranking out the food. Good food is worth waiting for. This was not. The Tortilla soup, again, lacked good flavor. Only positive was the rice. We spent $ 32.00 for good rice. Chicken didn’t have that signature flavor that I am use to at Figaros. Veggies hardly cooked, tasted raw. We will be taking a long break from Figaros. They have lost their mojo.

It’s definitely not the best place I’ve ever been to, but I think I might be a bit of a Mexican food snob. I would come here again since it’s pretty kid-friendly, and the food is decent. A little pricey for what it is, but I’ll go with it for now.

My family and I love this place! We especially love the salsa bar. It’s a little pricey but definitely worth it.

Friendly service. Clean, spacious and pretty décor. Food was tasty. Loved the chile verde enchiladas. Refried beans were flavorful. Rice was kind of bland. Big portions. Loved the salsa Bar options. Check in on Unilocal before ordering to use the free drink offer and/or the $ 5 for $ 10 coupon. Only gripe was that the only iced tea was a flavored China Mist brand. That stuff tastes like potpourri! Gross.

Love this place! Quick and easy mexican food! I always get the Chimya Chicken Salad. Their fresh salsa bar is also good! It can get pretty loud in the inside, so I tend to eat outside when the weather is decent.

Great food but I have to admit it’s their salsa that won my heart, food is fresh and not greasy or heavy. My personal favorite is their shrimp tacos, hubby always orders the chicken enchilada/taco combo. Salads are inventive with toppings such as grilled chyote.

I have been getting food from this place for the last year and a half & so far I have never been disappointed with the food or service here. I have tried several things from the menu but my all-time fav is their steak nachos with refried beans. The restaurant is usually clean but if you ever see it messy you can be sure the staff will clean things up the moment they are notified of it. When I brought my mother here to eat dinner one night, she was shocked that her enchiladas came on a very hot plate — and by shocked I mean she was pleasantly surprised! :) Please keep up the excellent work, Figaros!

Absolutely wonderful Mexican food. I’ve only ever had take out here but I’m completely happy with my experiences. I adore the chop chop salad. It’s hearty and large and probably isn’t too healthy but it feels that way. I also like the side of guacamole with chips, you could serve a whole family with that«side.» While you walk up to the counter and wait to be served, you’ll still get the full sit down restaurant experience. Huge portions of food, excellent and prompt costumer service and a great ability to handle larger to go orders.

As I venture on my quest to find the best burrito, I dined at Figaro’s Southwestern Grill and was not disappointed! They offer 12 different flavored burritos along with a variety of southwestern entrees and salads too. I just wish it wasn’t so far from Orange County. —-The Food — - Western Steak Burrito($ 6.90) — A burrito comprised of steak, rice, cheese, salsa, sour cream, and guacamole. As the food arrived, my eyes widened because the portions are enormous. The size of the burrito is almost the size of a persons fore-arm! Sadly, this is because the distribution of the filling is askew – you’ll receive a lot more rice and guacamole than meat. Despite that, it doesn’t change the amazing taste of the burrito because the opulent, flavorful sauce binds the burrito together. Love the grilled exterior that provides a slight crunchy texture at each bite too. Also, the steak was marinated well, heightening the overall taste. Any negativities can be directed at the tendonous steak as there were a few more than I can tolerate. Grilled Chicken Burrito($ 7.45) — Filled with tomatoes, onions, corn, pacilla chile, cheese, chipotle sauce, served with guacamole, and sour cream. Probably my favorite choice of the evening because the chicken was juicy and lacked any of the unpleasant ligaments that the steak contained. I did, however, like the sauce of the western burrito more though. Also, it seems they dice the tomatoes in bigger form for this burrito. I’d much prefer the smaller cuts. —— Conclusion: This establishment blends fresh ingredients to generate great Mexican Southwestern tastes. Between bites, I took in the surroundings and was smitten by the fancy décor and high ceilings. Each burrito comes with a side of fresh chips that could be salted more, but their respectable salsa bar can rectify that problem. The salsa’s weren’t deliciously memorable, but did the job. Overall, I look forward to coming back to try their other dishes, especially their popular salads that get so much fanfare from the locals! Extra Notes: –Accepts credit card –Check in for a free drink! –Yelp deal offers $ 10 for only $ 5! Can be purchased via Unilocal app –Wonderful service –High class décor and art, love the high ceilings –Parking isn’t a problem –Clean restrooms
