I placed an order for pickup. A few minutes later, I received a call to tell me that they were out of sausage. Isn’t sausage a staple of pizza places? How poor of a manager do you have to be that you run out of an inventory item that most people order? To add insult to injury, the young lady that called me back offered to compensate me by giving me up to 3 toppings free. If I had wanted three toppings, I would have ordered them! The fact that any of those 3 three topping can’t be sausage does not make me feel better about my patronage at this Round Table.

Yesterday 9÷20÷15 I used the online order and it sucked! I ordered at 4:30pm and I stated order to be done at 5:00pm for pick up. My daughter went about 5:15pm(thought give them time to have it ready) and to find out it never got started and what the cashier reports that in the ticket just shows I paid but didn’t show what I orders. Unorganized to say the least. My daughter had to wait another 30 mins. Why advertise you can Order online if it’s not working – who knows what it would of been if I wanted it delivered!!!

Ate here today with my boyfriend for lunch. There were maybe 3 – 4 tables in use in the whole place and tables not in use had used plates and trash piled on them. The employees although very nice seemed to not care about cleanliness. I went to get a drink and noticed there were flies and there was food all over the buffet area and one of the heating lamps was out. This is cause for concern because food won’t be kept at ideal temperatures and hello bacteria and food poisoning. My boyfriend and I both work in the food service industry and we joked about how we wished to work in a restaurant this slow because we would have the time to make sure things are clean and in working order. It seems the management takes no time to train employees on cross contamination and cleanliness.

Meh… It’s just ok. Honestly, we don’t have many choices for pizza where we live(especially places that deliver). I’ll order from Round Table«in a pinch» but will get a better tasting pie from my own freezer with DiGiorno.

Noble Round Table is the best… I order at least 3 times a month… great Manager… Frank…his staff is courteous, and helpful… asked for well done on my large king Arthur skinny crust pizza… was perfect well worth the price… thank you to the phone girl Ally… so nice and informative… btw, my family from Tracy, ca will be trying there neighborhood Round table! Love their pizza, but I ordered 2 ranch dressings on the side as usual and they switched to the nasty bottled ranch… can totally tell the difference… threw it away… hate store bought shelf bottled ranch and so do my co workers… Switch back Round Table…

Fantastic customer service! Very nice lady at the register! We got the buffet and she offered us chilled plates for our salad. When we were sitting at our table she came around a few times to ask how everything was and if we needed anything. Also a young blonde woman who I think was the manager also came around a couple times checking on us and asked if we had a request for a pizza in the buffet and we did and she got it out quickly and hot. We really enjoyed the experience and food and was pleasantly surprised with the excellent customer service from younger people! I definitely recommend giving this place another chance based on previous reviews.

It was my first time there this evening and my husband and I couldn’t decide on a place to eat. We got inside and it was dead; one guy behind the counter and another sitting out front in their little booth for people waiting. We didn’t know what we wanted yet so we stepped aside to look over their menu. A lady came and picked up, and I decided to go sit down with the baby while my husband ordered. My daughter was being fussy so I picked her up and walked her around. Though there were nobody dining in, the place looked disgusting. Another lady came to pick up, and I did not see what happened next as my daughter and I went into their little room where the toy claw machines were. My husband came and asked if I just wanted to go eat elsewhere, and I said sure. I didn’t mind. As we went to go grab our things from the booth I sat them at, the second lady who came to pick up was still there, as she came in about 5 – 10 minutes ago to pick up. As we walked past her, she looks and awkwardly laugh and said, «Better off eating somewhere else huh.» I looked over the counter to see all the employees back in the kitchen wondering why my husband had not put an order in and wanted to go else where but I waited until we walked out to ask him. He then asked if I heard what the lady said and told me what happened. Apparently the workers had dropped the lady’s pizza and had to go make her a new one. What I was surprise about was why it took all of them to make to go remake a pizza instead of taking in another order. I’m giving them 2 stars, because I work in the food industry too. And I’m hoping it was just a bad day/bad timing. Maybe one of these days I can convince my husband to let us go back. Or to try the one on Mooney.

I wish I could give this place negative stars. I was in town visiting family, and was really craving a Round Table pizza. The Noble location was closest to where I was staying. I made an online order, with a pickup time of 3PM. When I arrived, the Assistant Manager, Billy was surprised that there was an online order. He checked in the back, and then informed me that his ‘buddy’ accidentally inputted my time for AM. When I asked him if they were open at 3AM, he laughed and said no; so I am not sure how this mistake in time could happen. To make up for it, Billy did only charge me for a medium, instead of an x-large. I should have left though. As I waited about 15 minutes for my pizza, I looked around. It was disgusting. I counted 5 tables just in the open area in front of the salad bar that had plates, glasses, and trash on them. The salad bar was disgusting as well. There was food all over the front of it, along with napkins and straw wrappers. In the time I sat there, no one else had come in to place an order, and yet no one was up front cleaning the area. When I complained to the Shift Supervisor and Billy, the Assistant Manager both provided excuses of why the front wasn’t cleaned. They just made 6 deliveries, they had no time. However, it sounded like a bunch of clowns playing around in the kitchen while I waited. The pizza looked good, but I couldn’t force myself to eat it. With the way the front of the house was maintained, I could only imagine what the kitchen looked like. So in the trash it went, what a waste of money. I hope this place gets some serious management in there, or Billy can get his«buddies» to start doing what they get paid to do. Save yourself the disgust and go to the Mooney location!

Friendly customer service but that was about it. Was told pizza would arrive 40 min to 1hr. After an hour the delivery driver called and said that he would be here in 15 min well 30 min later I called and was told that he was right around the corner. Well 10 min later(almost 2hrs total) our pizza arrives cold and on thin crust when we ordered original. First and last time we will be eating here.

The pizza is alright — still better than Pizza Hut or Domino’s — but this location’s pizza is not as good as the Mooney Blvd. location’s pizza. Had the same pizza at both locations and this Noble location had significantly less toppings. So, if the food is just alright, one would hope the service would make up for it. At this Noble location, the service is horrible. We have been there twice — once to eat in for their Tuesday night buffet and once to pick up. During the buffet night, no one was cleaning up the tables so we and the other customers started piling our used plates on an empty table. Also during the buffet night, we asked when they might have more cinnamon twists, which were gone. The employee said there should be some out in a couple of minutes. TWENTY minutes later, we asked again because they still were not refilled. The employee seemed bothered when, after saying«a couple of minutes» again, we reminded him that he said that twenty minutes ago. We really should have just left. And never returned. But we did. We gave them another chance. We ordered a pizza for pick up. When we walked in, it was about 5 minutes before an employee came to the counter. When he did, he seemed annoyed that we pulled him away from whatever he was doing. He found our pizza, rang us up and gave the pizza to us and promptly left.(This behavior is different than the Mooney Blvd. location. There, when they give you your pizza to go, they open the box and let you look at it and make sure everything is correct.) While the pizza was technically correct, it was lacking in comparison to what we had before — from the Mooney Blvd. location. But, we couldn’t ask him about that because he was already gone. So, I highly recommend heading west to the Mooney Blvd. location. You’ll be treated better and get a better pizza.
