This is great little place! Great service and super tasty quesadillas! The sauces are amazing and the ingredients are fresh! Great if your looking for something that is filling but not overwhelming. Awesome price point and prompt friendly service! All these things are hard to come by… Fantastic job guys!

I love this place! It’s almost always crowded because so many people love it because it’s so good! Highly recommend! I’ve never gotten anything here that I was disappointed with. The service is quick, the meal is cheap, and it is so delicious. I have to stop myself from going here every day. Probably my favorite place to go in this price range/style. It’s fantastic. You won’t regret it.

Best bang for the buck, I spent about 10.01(I tipped 5 dollars on top of that though cause it was so damn good) for my meal & it’s also the best quesadilla I’ve ever had in my life and the salsa is just like my mother makes it(old school Mexican) cool vibes also, they have nice 50’s music in the background and the staff is super down to earth Truly a hidden gem of Visalia.

Oh dear me! If I lived closer, I would go here all the time! It really is a simple, genius idea and they pull it off flawlessly. You pick your meat, cheese, filling, and sauce. I ate the chicken, white cheese, rice and beans. I picked the roasted sour cream sauce and avocado one. It was so good, with a large portion size. The Nutella banana quesadilla is also so good! Not too much Nutella, and just the right amount if bananas. Seating is mostly outside, and we really lucked out with 75° weather. There are some seats inside, maybe about 8. And I love that it’s on the adorable Main St.

I just ate the best quesadilla I’ve ever had! I had the Classic, with chile verde, white cheese, rice, and beans. I also got the cilantro cream and roasted red salsa as sides, and they had great flavor, with just enough kick. The next time I’m in Visalia, I will definitely return.

As far as quesadillas go; the bomb. Really. Just note that there isn’t much if any space to sit inside, but there are several nice tables outside along Main Street.

Fresh food, custom menu, It doesn’t get simpler(or better) than this. Our favorite — chicken quesadilla with roasted sour cream and liquid gold. Don’t forget to try different salsas each time you visit, they’re all good. (Don’t forget they’re available for catering now!)

Okay you may be thinking of a quesadilla really? I’m going to go to a store that just makes quesadillas? I’ll tell you right now why you NEED to go into Quesadilla Gorilla. It’s fresh, it’s amazingly prepared, and to top it all off it’s fast. Lines might go outside but honestly the quality of the food is worth the wait. You can choose from multiple Meats, cheeses vegetables, and sauces. Anything you put on is going to make it a winner. I’ve never came in here and had a bad quesadilla. Everytime time I’m in here im greeted right away as I’m told about the specials and informed about any new deals.(like 10% when you check in!) You may see a couple reviews of people dissatisfied with the weight of a line or it being a small location that they have. But honestly if you really look at it, why would all these people be stopping by to eat a quesadilla? because it’s the best quesadilla you will ever have in Tulare County and I would say in America but that’s just my opinion. Lol.

One of my favorite places on Main Street to eat at! Delicious and fresh. The wait time is a little long, especially during lunch, and the actually building where you order is very tiny. It is much worth the wait and crowding for this delicious lunchtime meal!

Great tasting quesadillas. You walk in and fill out a form with your quesadilla ingredients. I got the child verde, rice, and fajita vegetable quesadilla. It was so good and very filling. My fiancé got the cilantro lime chicken with black beans and picadillo. His was also very good. Lots of people at the time we went but service was fast.

Went there to try their daily special, The Outlaw. Very small place to eat, but it was cool to see they had some stairs that were obviously old. Very narrow and step that kept the place feeling rustic. The guy working the cashier was very nice. Asked me if it was my first time there, and he also guided me how their menu works. The quesadilla was pretty good. Cost me a tad over $ 8. It was cut in 4 pieces with a good portion of items in it. I’d definitely come back to try their other experimental daily special.

I have rarely been so pleased with a meal. The staff is knowledgeable about their product and seem as excited as their patrons. I am in town for 4 more days and I’ve already decided to return for at least two more quesadillas!

Very simple and delicious concept… and quick too. I had been seeing people post their pics and decided to check this place out for myself. This place is in the heart of downtown Visalia on Main Street and is SUPERSMALL inside. The concept is simple. You go to the counter, take a printed order sheet and circle your choices(meats, veggies, cheeses, etc) and then hand it to the cashier and pay for your food. On my visit I ordered 2 dillas. On my first, I got the Cilantro Lime dilla w/white cheese, fajita veggies and red onion. The dilla was really good, but let me tell you… it is SPICY. I don’t know if it was the chicken or the fajita veggies that was packing heat but man it was hot. At first I thought it was one of the sauces that I got, so I stopped dipping, but it wasn’t the sauce. Some bites were almost too hot to eat. The other dilla was shredded beef, tomato and Spanish rice. This one was really good and had no spice at all. It was a lot more tolerable on my palate. For dessert I got a PB&J dilla and added bananas. I was kind of disappointed when my dilla came out and looked nothing like the other ones I saw on Unilocal. It tasted ok. I am just thinking maybe the bananas would have tasted better if they had added them at the end instead of them being cooked in it, because they tasted hot and mushy and honestly it made the dilla taste like pureed baby food. And I was kind of hoping that you’d be able to pick the flavor of jelly, but you don’t. It was just strawberry. The employee was really nice and he helped me out since I told him that I had never been there. I just wish there would have been some warning that the cilantro lime dilla had some spicy components. Maybe they should have a symbol next to those ingredients indicating they are spicy… or maybe I’m just a wuss. I would give more stars but because of the spiciness and mushy PB&J I walked out of there still hungry. And with the dillas starting at $ 7 a piece for the savory ones, I should have been full when I left. As a side note, there are no restrooms I will go back and try other items, and update my review
