I’ve been here twice… once to take a sick friend from overseas and once for myself. The front office staff were rude, uncaring and apathetic on both occasions. When my friend saw the Dr she was prescribed medication that is not available in the US so a lot of time was wasted going back and forth having that mistake rectified. When I attempted to see a Dr there I was denied treatment because of a pain medication I USED to take pre and post surgery months previously. There was no explanation given ATALL. All the rude staff managed to do was make me feel worthless. I will not EVER recommend this clinic. Their staff need training in customer service and manners.

I’ve only been here twice but both trips were pleasant. It was a week before my wedding and I had completely lost my voice! I got right in(no waiting) the doctor was very funny and made me feel at ease during such a stressful time to get sick. I was saying«I do» and felt PERFECT on my wedding day. The second trip was at their new location. I was in and out in about 45min tops(not too shabby for 10am and on a Friday). The waiting room is modern, warm and inviting. The TV on the HGTV channel for home renovations was nice(my favorite shows). I already felt so relaxed and better just sitting there. They had masks available for«coughers» in the waiting room as well as sanitizer and tissue. So I didn’t have to feel so self-conscious about spreading my germs. I also didn’t have to feel the awkward hot flashes and eye watering of trying to hold in my coughs, out of respect for the room! So those items were a nice touch. The only thing I was kind of bummed about was that they don’t accept my insurance provider. I was kind of surprised because it’s one of the bigger companies that I signed up with through Covered California. But it’s my first time purchasing medical insurance so I’m still learning. Overall I’m still satisfied with this place and would recommend it!
