Just amazing! Whenever i crave a burger, I always think of this place now! The hamburgers are the best you could ever have, and the fries are everything! Can’t wait to come back for more. P. S. Staff is wonderful!

Love the atmosphere in the restaurant Moment we walked in, we were greeted by the crews. The energetic way of doing business really attached me a lot. Definitely coming back in the future

My husband took me to Five Guys today for the frist time! I ordered a chesse burger with lettuce, tomato, onion, pickles, mayo. My husband ordered large fries. Both cost $ 14.59. Wait time for our food took 20 mintues. After taking a bite I noticed that there burgers are charboiled. You can taste the smokeyness of the burger which is ok. It did taste good but maybe that was because I was so hungry by the time was got our food. The fries were super greasy and to me the peanut oil made the fries taste weird. However there food is better then The Habit.

Service at this location was good and the store was clean. It is hard to beat their burgers and all the toppings. Their fries are excellent too. Prices are high but this is quality food and toppings. Don’t expect to pay fast food prices here because it really isn’t a fast food place.

I expected better. The burger was not as good as I thought it would be, I hate the fries and the vanilla milkshake tastes like it was made from whipped cream. The peanuts is the only good thing here as they taste organic and not run through a factory

This place has great burgers. The only thing that turns me off from going here as often is the wait and the price. I feel like I wait about 10 minutes or more for one burger and some French fries. I know it takes a while since everything is made fresh but I’ve actually waited 15 minutes at one point. and if one meal is going to cost me 12 bucks I feel like I shouldn’t have to wait that long.

First the good part, it’s a solid burger and they have good fries. The peanuts are good as well but 35,000 calories for a burger and fries is enough. I don’t really need to tack on even more fat to my arse. The low rating is strictly related to the price. $ 30 for my wife, 8 y/o daughter and myself and we all shared 1 fry order and my daughter had a mini hamburger. For that price I won’t go that often.

So don’t come here with the family. There are no kids meals, and you should expect to pay over $ 11 per kid to get even the basic«little» cheeseburger($ 5.69), the smallest drink($ 2.39), and«little» fries($ 3.09). Be aware of that and come sometime without the kids, because this is one of the worst deals in the burger business where children are concerned. It’s simply not a place where an average family of five can stop in for an affordable lunch without paying fifty to sixty bucks(depending on who shares fries). It’s almost twice what you’d pay for a family meal at comparable burger places, so don’t bring the kids and your wallet will thank you. As for my burger, I need my cheese melted. Mine came with a cold slice of cheese, with cold cheese corners poking straight out past the edge of the bun, which I had to peel off. A burger should be so hot that the cheese is melted, that’s not negotiable for me. I came back a second time and gave it another shot. This time, I specifically requested that they make sure the cheese was melted. Once again, cold cheese corners pointing straight out from under the bun.(And this was after I left it in the wrapper for a minute or two as I had some fries.) I believe they must add the cold cheese after the beef is removed from the grill, and that method guarantees that you will not get melted cheese. I asked them to fix it and they offered to melt a piece of cheese on the side and give it to me to assemble myself. I appreciated the offer but just took my burger home to microwave it later and have it the way I wanted in the first place. On the bright side, the beef itself was fresh. I enjoyed their soda machine with all of its flavor options. I would have preferred sliced onions rather than chopped, and would have loved red onions. But that’s a minor nitpick. Be ready for a lot of seasoning on the Cajun fries if you go that route. I liked the flavor. Bottom line for me after multiple visits: If you want a variety of soft drinks, don’t have kids, and aren’t picky about your cheese, give it a try. If it were a tiny bit cheaper and a whole lot hotter, I’d add a star or two.

Delicious Burgers. Will come back for sure. Customer service was great. My husband got the double patti with bacon cheeseburger and I got the single patti. They have peanuts while you wait in line and get your order. Next time I’m craving a hamburger definitely coming here!

Burgers are delicious! Shakes are soooo good! Fries were hot and fresh. Everyone was very friendly! I docked a star because we had to wait for someone to come clean some tables before we could sit down. Other then that, this is a very good burger diner! Both my boys loved their hot dogs too! Its great that they put EVERYTHING on their burgers(onions, mushrooms, mayo ect) we will for sure be coming back!

Good food. But a little too pricey for a burger. If I’m gonna spend $$$, rather go to Red Robin !!!

Took the husband here today(may 23rd, 2015) because he had never been to a Five Guys before. He loved the food because of the various add-ons he could add to his burger. I love the place because the burger patties aren’t small and they don’t taste frozen. The fries could do with less oil on them but they’re still good — I mean, what do you expect from a burger joint? The place was clean and I love how all the employees are required to wear gloves and hats when preparing the food.

We finally tried this place out a while back. We had so much food! The burgers were good. Giant! And pretty messy. The fries were good too. The Cajun fries weren’t as good as I had hoped they would be. It’s like they just sprinkle Old Bay seasoning over them when they’re done. They come in generous portions. We also had milkshakes that were okay. I had a chocolate malt, and they put chocolate syrup in it instead of using chocolate ice cream. I’m not a fan of chocolate syrup, as it tastes fake. My husbands was better, he had peanut butter and Oreo. The food is good, but it’s overpriced. Sure the portions are large, but who really wants to spend 8 bucks on a burger or 5 for fries? The hot dogs are around 5 dollars too! A hot dog! I’m sure we will be back, but not that often because we can get a dinner with service for the same price.

First time here. The burger patty was fresh, but lacks seasoning. The bread was very soft and therefore made the burger chewy. Maybe that’s because i got a single patty versus the 2 standard? I got the cajun fries, but they were very salty and not flavorful. Not reading as cajun at all. This place itself is small, not a whole lot of tables inside. Luckily, they have some outside. I find it odd they have the same color scheme(red & white squares) as In-N-Out. Biggest issue are the prices! They overcharge for sure. On the plus side, the ordering and customer service was great, and the food came out fast. I like the options for condiments on the menu. They have stuff besides burgers. The soda machine is pretty cool. I know this place just opened, so I’ll give it another shot in a few weeks. As of right now, I’d prefer The Habit or In-N-Out

«FIVEGUYSBURGERANDFRIES are IN and the other guys are OUT» I’m glad five guys brought a new hamburger taste to Visalia. It’s a little pricey but worth it. My new favorite hamburger spot!

Five Guys’s my favorite fast food type of burger joint. They use fresh beef with no filler or preservatives. They’re cooked to order and you name your toppings. I get the bacon cheeseburger with jalapeños, green peppers, mayo, and hot sauce. They are always fresh, hot, juicy, and delicious! Fries are fresh cut as well, American grown(they always show where they’re from, the exact farm!) and cooked to order and you can get them Cajun style which is me and my wife’s favorite. We typically split a regular size order which is plenty for two. They always have peanuts available for you while you wait. This being brand new in Visalia I will say, I’ve been to many Five Guys in my travels and there are usually 4 or 5 people working tops, they had 18 people working when we went, which meant we only waited a few minutes in line to place our order, and then only a couple minutes after that to recieve our order. They definitely know how to open a new place! Great experience all the way around! Kudos to all who were working Wednesday night, March 4th. You guys all rocked!
