Was to have service alarm system. Set appointment at between 7:30 and 9:00 am. Surprise no show and no call. However Comcast says rep called and said everything was working. He looks at my system still has problem. Manager was to call at 10:05 calls at 10:15. Will get someone out today do not know what time. I might overlook this issue however this not the only time this has happened. The Absolute Worst Service Ever. However I am stuck with these people or pay a hefty penalty to leave. Please do not use Comcast

One star, only because I can’t give less than one star. Hung up on four times, no call back, only wanted to connect Internet. Could not buy that until I listen to every sales pitch they had regarding everything they sold. Signed up for Internet, waited a week, called back, And they had no record of me ever calling. Signed up for self install, they sent me their $ 10 per month modem. I told him I wanted to send it back, they said I had to pay for the time I had it, when I hooked up my modem there was no cable service connected and then they want to charge to have someone to come out and connect it at the street. Never, never, in all the years I’ve done business have I seen a company that is so completely screwed up, it is a wonder they are still in business. I will cut my cord just to get rid of these people unfortunately they are a monopoly. Congress must deal with this, I will start with my US senator and congressman and I will not stop until I see results. FYI I still can’t get connected to their Internet service.

They have the fastest internet but they’ll screw you in every way they can. Not talking about the local employees because they are trying to work with what they got… the company is terrible.

Absolute garbage service that will intermittently lose connection. Comcast has come out several times, the problem still persists even adding a signal booster. When the internet was working, it never tested to the speed as advertised. When I finally asked, they looked into it and found that this area does not have the new«fiber optic» cables that allows for faster speed. Not sure what that means, but that’s what I was told. Puzzled as to why customers are not told what speed is available in their area, instead we are pushed to buy the most expensive packages.
