Had a positive experience with United Roofing who replaced the roof at my rental property. I live in CA so I have to do research and carefully interview companies before hiring them to do work as I manage my rental property on my own and living in CA, I have to be able to trust the people that I hire. I worked directly with Tim who was very informative and confident on his product. He returned my calls promptly and provided constant update on the status of my roof shingles which had to be specially ordered. From the time I initially spoke to Tim to the time my roof was complete, the time span was approximately 3 weeks. My tenant stated that they arrived promptly that morning and completed the project as scheduled. Tim even took pictures of the final product and emailed them to me that day. I would definitely hire them again!

We had a good experience with United Roofing. They arrived bright and early on a Wednesday morning (around 6:30) and by the time I came home from work that day, the roof on both the house and the garage were done. Their crew did great work and we were very pleased with the results. My only issue was that as they were dismantling the old roof and throwing the old roofing materials on the ground a lot of our plants were somewhat damaged in the process. Maybe it’s an unavoidable mishap when you’re getting a new roof, but some of my plants didn’t bounce back. Despite the mishap with the plants, I would recommend United Roofing to my friends and family and I would use them again.
