I’ve moved with Tino 3 times now and his team makes the process painless. They work quickly and efficiently and are very personable. The prices are reasonable and I’ve always tipped generously because they exceeded my expectations!

I am changing my rating from a 3 to a 1 because it has been 2 months since our move and they still havent sent us our paperwork. My husband is in the Navy and they are requiring copies to refund us the amount we paid Tino. I have called them numerous times without a response and when i finally did get a hold of the company they told me that they had heard my voicemails and seen our emails but theyve been busy. They told me they would send out the paperwork that day and that was a few weeks ago and I still havent gotten anything.
We will definitely never recommend them to anyone from the area.

I saw their ad on groupon and was super excited to find a moving service that wouldn’t charge me an arm and a leg to move my big stuff. The website was simple enough, so I filled out the free assessment sheet. My appointment was set for 730 Sunday. The confirmation email was sent.
Now to the badness. The assessor didn’t show up on time. We had to search for a number to call. When we called, the assessor said we weren’t signed up until 0830. 0830 came around and the assessor didn’t show up. We made multiple attempts to call but no one answered. I finally got a phone call at 0930. The service upfront is poor. We decided that if we are going to pay to have someone move our stuff, we have to be able to trust and contact the people that are doing the service.

Tino and help has now moved me twice and both times they have been respectful and courteous. I would recommend them to anyone. And if I have to move again I know who I’m calling. They had all my furniture and boxes packed and moved in to my new place within two hours and it was the coldest day of the year so far. They treated all my belongings with care. Definitely great guys. Also don’t hesitate to contact them on Facebook. They returned my call very quickly.

Thanks to Tino and his helpers my move went well, no glitches. They moved everything carefully without banging walls, my furniture was wrapped, items that weren’t packed yet were packed, I could not have done it without them. I have and will continue to recommend his company to my friends and coworkers. They went well above my expectations.

NEVER SHOWED UP! They were supposed to arrive between 12−1pm, but by 1:30 I still had not heard from them. So after I called multiple times, they finally returned my call and said they were a few hours behind.
Well after waiting a few more hours, they never came AND never called. We attempted to call multiple times, only to have them hang up or the call go to voicemail. I would NEVER recommend this moving company because they are completely unreliable and unprofessional.
