Rite Aid

Bad customer service in the Pharmacy. Tried to get a prescription refilled last week. Was told to call back this week because they had to order it. Yesterday I called and they said it would be ready today. Today I went by and they said to get back tomorrow. Got a call this evening they they no longer order that pharmaceutical drug. I politely discussed my issue over the last week and said I wasn’t happy. I was informed I can go find a new pharmacy. Okay, Rite-Aid…will do. You lost a customer.

I have been a customer of this particular store fir yrs, for 2 yrs in a row have earned OVER 1000 wellness points, get 20% off, in there almost daily for scripts, ir for the store. The store part of this rite aid is GREAT, very friendly, always helpful, very professional. However, the PHARMACY is a different story. The manager of pharmacy Randy, is very rude, unprofessional, and has no business being a MANAGER. If you ssk him a question, he never has eye contact, like he doesnt want to be bothered. A couple the techs are ok, but however, Abbey is ALSO VERY RUDE AND UNPROFESSIONAL. I was charged a copay on meds, I tried to advice Abbey of this, I told her my out of pocket deductible had been met, but she didnt EVEN care. I had to call insurance co, and Insurance co called Randy with me on the line, ask him to re-​run the medication because I should have paid $ 0.00 for any script, he re ran it and said its says $ 0.00, and as insurance CSR was speaking to him he hung the phone up on her??? REALLY, ITS THAT SERIOUS, THAT BIG A DEAL??? BOTTOM LINE, YOU DONT LIKE YOUR JOB GO SOMEWHERE ELSE, DONT TAKE IT OUT ON YO U R CUSTOMERS!!! THE 1 Star is for the store, would give them a 5 star, but that pharmacy 0!!! The only ther Pharmacist, the young man with forign name, IS WONDERFUL, VERY HELPFUL, VERY CARING.

This is a newly renovated Rite Aid, the store is nicely done with all the drug store things you would expect. They also have a relatively large grocery section and an in store GNC. They also have a lot of beachy stuff a tourist or local may need. The store is clean, the staff is very friendly and helpful.
