Pioneer Vapes

I used to think this place was awesome until I purchased a kangertech replacement dual coil tank for my setup. Thought it was odd it kept saying under ohm warning if I screwed it onto the battery. The tank sat crooked on the battery and you could see poor machining marks. I went to another vape shop and asked to compare, night and day. The crap was fake, I was sold a counterfeit kangertech tank. I contacted the manufacturer and evidently the «verification «paperwork in the package was even fake. Damn good knockoff if you ask me.

In the vape world, there seems to be so many arrogant, know it all type people. This chain of stores is exactly like that. Arrogant employees, over priced gear, and very limited selection of flavors, witch the male employee enjoys arguing with the customer about. I’ve been in many vape shops across America, and this one has potential. If the sales people could get over themselves and be friendly. Instead of sitting, staring into their cellphones and rudely answering any questions. Would not recommend. Feel sorry for the vape enthusiasts in this area who have to deal with these punks. Awesome attitudes! Took my husband in to get some juices for his new mod and they had all the juices out in the counter with sample tanks and hygiene friendly tips and a e pen so you can try them out and just keep switching the top and not take forever to do it. Definitely will be coming back! Loved the store the whole atmosphere. I am really new to vaping and they were super nice asked the right questions and didn’t make me feel stupid when I asked stupid questions.

Been to a lot of vape stores in the area and this one is the worst. If you want good service and a store that cares about you keep looking. It seems they only care about visitors that are friends, that is probably where the only good reviews are coming from. When I first walked in they treated me like I was in the wrong place, and they wanted me to go away so they can hang out.
The e-​juice is reasonable priced if they have them in stock. The vape equipment is way way over priced and is a rip off. You would think if they over charged for the equipment then they could afford to stock up on e-​juice.
Would not recommend them!

Prices are somewhat higher than most vape shoppes. Very small store. Employees are nice but seem a bit unprofessional. I notices some people stated they don’t have a restroom; personally, I don’t see this is a problem because as with most places I go to purchase goods, I don’t camp out and wait till I have a stream waiting for delivery.

There are vape shops popping up on every corner, and a few of them are bringing their A-​game. Pioneer doesn’t seem to be concerned-​and I don’t know why not.

Yeah Eeks! Methinks not is right. Who has a big box of tasters and more than half they have sold out and even worse, others in the same exact box, they don’t sell. Employees were nice, but looked bothered that I walked in. Not a very great welcoming feeling stepping in. Also, what is up with no restrooms? You have lounge chairs… whats the point?

Went in to scope out the place and buy some juice for my vape but was told I could not use the bathroom so I could sit comfortably and try out the flavors and brands. The chic told me to go to rite aid and that their store did not have a facility. What kind of place does not have a restroom you can use? I’ll tell ya! A place who gives two sthis about customers. Big two thumbs down. The employees were steadily chilling with friends and acted like I interrupted them!

I used to not like this place. But recent visits have made me realize you can’t judge a buisness by just one visit. The staff at this shop are knowledgeable about their profession and give you all the info you need about any thing in the shop or value related. The renovations have also greatly improved the interior of the facility and im excited to visit their other locations. If you vape and haven’t gone to pioneer… Than your screwing up.

I found this place august of last year. I was looking for a healthier alternative to smoking as I’ve been smoking for the past 10 years. I walked in, was greeted right away, and was promptly asked what I was looking for. I had told them I wanted to quit smoking and they hooked me up with a nice little set-​up. Needless to say, I haven’t touched any cigarettes or cigars since that august and I have pioneer vapes to thank for that. Friendly staff, great atmosphere, and competitive prices. I still frequent this place until today.

This place is crap. Yes they have vapes and oil. No it is not quality. They get their vapes so cheap and price them so high it’s stupid. I will be going to a REAL deal vape shop from now on, vapor boutique. That’s the place to go, they know what their talking about and don’t sell crappy items like this store does.

If I could give this store 10 stars I would. My first visit there and all I can say was awesome job guys and gals. thank you

Place is the sheezy. They just opened up but have a good crew working there and great products! If you vape, go there. If you don’t vape, decide to start vaping, and go there.

These guys have no idea they are sub par. These guys there are pushy and cocky. The service is low and rude for that they lost a star. They loose another star for their lack of options. They don’t keep much in the store and it’s all last years stuff. Try going in there to get the new and improved and you won’t be happy. They loose another star for the vapor. They all suck, they don’t have any good brands or flavors and the ones they do have run together and taste funny. Had this been my first vaping experience I would have stuck with Marlborough

When I walked into Pioneer Vapes, I was greeted and asked if I needed some help. This was my first experience in a vape store. I was looking for something to give me the type of hit I’d get from one of my hookah pipes. I’ve been smoking hookah pipes for 12 years and was use to good flavored tobacco and some big clouds. The guys behind the counter were seasoned vapers with their high powered e-​cigs blowing some decent clouds. I was a newbie and I told them that I was looking for a beginner model. After they asked me a couple of questions about what I was use to with my hookahs, they set me up with a entry level e-​cig battery, a tank and got me to sample some e-​juice. I spent about 30 minutes in the store going over the pros and cons of what they had and what i had to do to get started with the e-​cig I selected. After running through most of the flavors on display, I settle on 3 bottles of e-​juice and headed back to hampton. After a week or so with my beginner e-​cig, I revisited pioneer vapes and upgraded to one of the beefier models they had for sale.
Everyone there is very knowledgeable about the products. They are super laid back and want to make sure that you have a good vaping experience. If you are interested in e-​cigs, I suggest that you give these guys a try.

I am a seasoned vapor and have been in many vape shoppes on the east coast and this was by FAR the WORST! I was visiting from out of town and my girlfriend needed juice so I googled this shop and stopped. I wasLooking forward to going in here because I am in the area frequently and it’s nice to have a shop to go to out of town! The workers at the shop were rude and disrespectful and making comments under their breath, my girl and I both heard this and walked out without buying juice! I was ready to drop some money and buy some of their premium juices but after the way their staff was we refused to buy! Also their house blends were not that good at all! Definitely won’t be going back, I’d rather give my money to big tobacco than these guys!!!
