I was quoted $ 11,700 for a roof for a 1800 sq ft town home. Don’t let these people take your hard earned money. This was 300% more then all my other quotes. It infuriated me that a company would try to do this to anyone. They have high pressure sales tactics and try to get you to sign a contract telling you that you dont need another quote. An no, this is not a mistake. They quoted my neighbors 2100 sq ft town home at $ 14,700.

We had Reynolds Exteriors do our trim about three years ago. They did quite well– a good job. Their crewman was very cordial and was very promt. Also, they have a flexible schedule. The adding of trim was a good experience.
My only real complaint is that they have a sales rep come to give you the quote and also sits down and almost pressures you to do more. I did not like that process. He also said that the carpenter bees would not be able to get under the trim, which they could. I have no problem if you can’t prevent the bees from getting underneath, but just don’t lie about it.
