PF Changs came through when my dog was sick at the Westin. They gave me white rice with broth and a few hours later my dog perked up and felt much better. Thanks again!

Took forever to get our food. Rice was way undercooked, had to get the waitress to get more. Waiter with the red hair, he smelled sooo bad when he walked by, made me lose my appetite. Wouldn’t recommend

The environment is what it is… It’s a chain restaurant. Don’t expect too much. The service was mediocre at best. But what really got me was how bad the food was. I don’t know if this is indicative of all PF Chang restaurants, but the food was absolutely terrible. We got Pad Thai and hot and sour chicken soup. Both were almost inedible because of the amount of salt with which they were saturated. Neither dish had much flavor to speak of other than pure salt. The«chicken» in the soup was cooked to death and amazingly tough. For the prices they are charging, they should know how to make the dishes that are on their menu.

The service stunk. Took 10 minutes to get our drinks. Server didn’t come back to refill drinks until the meal was over. With two plates in front of me server squeezed dessert on a small are so that it almost fell in my lap, Then, handed me two forks. Maybe you should remove the plates from dinner first. I know it’s how they service you, but the runner who brings that entrees should know who ordered what. The worst part was my Beef a la Sichuan. The beef tasted like a fried burnt gristle and the vegetables were raw. It was inedible. At least they took it off the bill. The worst dish I’ve ever been served in a restaurant.

This is a great PF Chang’s location! The atmosphere and setting is amazing with a beautiful mural. We had their Chang’s for Two deal. Appetizer, 2HUGE entrees, and dessert plus soup was $ 42. Not bad at all! The food was sooo good. The banana dessert was tasty, Mongolia beef was great, the Vietnamese Noodles weren’t that tasty had an odd flavor, and the lettuce wraps were great. Service was unusually fast from Dakota. He was very attentive but it was slow there on Monday. Overall great experience here. Much better than their Waikiki location.

We came on a Saturday afternoon. We were pleasantly surprised we had no wait. Our server Chris was precise and to the point, however she could have been more cheery. We were disappointed we could not order off the lunch menu since it was Saturday but the food made up for it. I ordered the shrimp lo mein with brown rice and hubby order the pad Thai. The dishes came out in good time and were super delicious. Our server also came back with extra fortune cookies. We will definitely be coming back!

I don’t know what was happening at PF Chang’s this past Tuesday evening, but it was like Murphy’s Law in full effect. It was a beautiful evening for a walk around Town Center. We decided to stop in for a bite and beer. The bar was about half full, so we sat there as we usually do. We were definitely disappointed when the bartender told us that something had gone wrong with one of their coolers. They were down on taps by 50%. We settled for one of the remaining 4 and ordered our entrees. We waited. And waited. And waited. For about 45 minutes. The bartender(who had the urgency of a sloth in the middle of a nap) told us twice over the span of 20 minutes that our food would be «coming right out.» It finally came. My fiancé ordered the beef fried rice, which was delicious. I ordered Buddha’s Feast steamed with chicken. It was maybe a cup of vegetables with chicken… raw chicken. There were blatantly obvious pink spots still on the chicken. I sent it back. Amazingly, a new dish(which was normal, entrée-sized this time) arrived in less than 10 minutes. I’m still wondering how in the world it came out so fast when our first entrees took nearly an hour. Not once did a manager stop by to apologize for our wait or my raw chicken. We ate. We had the rest of our meals boxed. We left with a really bad taste in our mouths. It will likely be a very, very long time before I return.

I have never been to PF Changs before, and the first time I do come is when I’m on a restricted diet. After looking through the menu, I opted for a small bowl of the wonton soup. When I asked the waiter how big the bowl was he showed me a bowl that was too small for me to have as my meal, so I opted for the large. When I received the large I was shocked to see how large it was, it comes in a gigantic pot with a ladel, enough to feed about 6 people, and it was only 4 dollars more than the small. The flavors were wonderful, and the wontons added a nice touch that did not make the soup feel too heavy. That soup served me for over 2 days, and I am pleased.

The saying goes: «Any port in a storm»…Today the East Coast is hunkering down for«Snowmaggedon 2» and I am on the wrong coast on business. I am well aware that PF Chang’s is a chain. However, today of all days their food was a most welcome antifreeze. I started the late lunch with a cup of Egg Drop soup– that warmed me up after walking in from my hotel as snow fell all around. It was delicious and rich in flavor. The entrée was a combination(shrimp and chicken) Pad Thai. This was also delicious with just the right amount of spicy heat to keep the tongue interested and defrosting the rest of me.

We went in on a not too terribly busy Sunday night. Ordered a few apps to start, including the new chicken satay. We weren’t impressed with those at all and won’t be ordering them again. However the lettuce wraps and crispy green beans were amazing! Main dishes were great. Mongolian beef and their new shrimp in lobster sauce. No complaints there. Our waitress was lovely and as sweet as could be, but took way too long to come back to the table each time. We ordered our apps when she took our drink order and we still waited over 35 minutes for them to come out, and had to ask numerous times if they were ready. Overall it wasn’t that bad, and we will definitely go back, but I feel for the place to be not so busy, the service could’ve been way better.

No. No. No. Don’t go here. I went here 1÷9÷2016 for dinner and now my boyfriend and I have food poisoning. It was very busy and the waiter said the kitchen was backed up so I think they were not as careful with food safety. I can pin point it to here because it’s the only meal my bf and I have had together in days. On a different note if you do not get there before 6 you will have a long wait and there is minimal seating for those waiting. There were over 20 people by the door when we left, it was even difficult to get out the door. Also with all those people in the front it felt like everyone was staring at us wishing we would eat faster so they could sit. There needs to be a higher wall to separate the waiting area from the dining area, or they need to wall in the outdoor space and use that for waiting.

It’s a chain so was hard to get excited about a visit here although we were hungry and wanted to try a new to us place. Quite a few craft beers on tap and service at the bar was spot on. Lettuce wraps ok tasty but not really great. Egg roll app ice cold! Uh oh back it went and fresh one came out. My big beef with this and other Town Center restaurants is pricing 3 apps 4 drinks 65 bucks with tip! Happy Hour got pricey fast

I had some time on my hands while my car was being inspected during lunch time. I walked over to P.F. to treat myself to a solitary lunch. I like to spend time with myself every now and then. I was offered a seat at the bar but I opted for a table. My server did an adequate job, water, with lemon came promptly. I ordered off the lunch pairing menu, Jicama street tacos w/lobster and a house made eggroll. Before the meal came I had finished my water and it was refilled. No more lemon but several other customers were given little plastic cups full of lemons, no biggie. My meal was delivered by a kitchen runner, I prefer my server to deliver my meal but times are changing, I’ll get over it. I was somewhat disappointed in my meal. The tacos were very difficult to eat as a taco. I ended up just dumping it all on my plate, after removing the cilantro garnish(not listed on the menu, I just hate the stuff). Cut it all up and ate it like a salad. The lobster(which was a Hmm $ 3.00 upgrade) were pea size and rubbery, overcooked. The house made egg roll was mostly brown inside, some carrot. No bright yellow scrambled egg. I’ve had much better. After I seasoned it with soy sauce my server brought me the house egg roll sauce that the kitchen runner forgot. It was delicious. Nice kick with some horseradish in it. I poured some of it over my Jicama street taco salad, which really needed a dressing. Next December, when my inspection is due, I’ll pick a different restaurant to have lunch with myself. There are a lot of choices in Town Center.

We tried the PF Chang’s and had an excellent meal. My favorite is the hot and sour soup which is the best I have ever had at a Chinese restaurant. So delicious and always plenty to enjoy later. I had the Chang’s Chicken and my wife had the lo mien noodle — both excellent. For a chain restaurant their food is always good!

Back in the day, there was Blue Hawaii and Bamboo Hut for really good, sit-down, chinese(I am a Va Beach local). They are gone and the area has been taken over by strip mall, take out chinese with very little offered for quality chinese. PF Changs offers the sit down, up scale ambience you would want for a date night. The place is clean with a modern asian edge. We started with soup. The egg drop is beef broth based which is unusual. The hot & sour soup is average and lacking acid. The second course was tempura fried green beans. Get the half order for 2 people and its still a huge portion. They were EXCELLENT. I really enjoyed that. Entrée consisted of Korean BBQ chicken which was very tomato-y with more green beans. The chicken was okay but not outstanding. We also had Beef Szcheuan style. It was really, really good. The marinated beef was crispy with julienne veggies. It was AMAZING… not just good but AMAZING! I would definitely make a trip for that again. It had a moderate amount of heat so if you like thai spicy hotness, tell them to kick it up a notch. Service was good but we ate dinner at 4pm so it wasnt exactly busy. Judy’s is still my favorite but PF Changs isnt a bad place to eat.

I’ve been a big fan of P.F. Chang’s for ages, but I’ve never actually tried their Happy Hour until the last visit. You had to sit in the bar area to order from the happy hour menu. Their Happy Hour menu is superb! A huge selection of cocktails and small plates/appetizers from $ 3 to $ 7. Between three friends, we ordered: — One kale & quinoa dip and chips: The dip was cold, which I wasn’t too fond of — One jicama chicken tacos(3): Messy to eat, because the soft shells(more soggy than soft) were too small to hold the ingredients, but was still delicious — One Calamari: Delicious. — Ahi Tuna: Also delicious. — Two plates of lettuce wraps: Never. Fails. — Six drinks: From mojitos to a twisted tea All for $ 75(so $ 25 each). Not too shabby for all the food and drinks we had. Definitely will come back again.

This location is great. I’ve been several times and I haven’t had a bad experience. It helps to make reservations since they’re always busy regardless of the time. The service is pretty good here, I can’t complain. Once you see how many tables each server has, then you’ll know it’s difficult. The food here has always been good as well. My favorite thing to order is the Chang’s Chicken Soup. They bring it out in a BUCKET sized bowl. It’s delicious.

We started off with the hand folded crab wontons. They were delicious! Nice crispiness on the outside and the crab filling was very flavorful. Wish we ordered the larger order. I ordered the orange peel chicken and the flavor was good. I wish the chicken was a little crispier, but I’m sure the sauce had something to deal with that. I also didn’t really like the actual orange zest in the chicken. I was also disappointed in the portion. I thought they gave me a child’s size portion. My wife ordered the coconut curry vegetables. Her portion was a nice and hefty portion. The flavor of her dish was very good.

So it’s been a couple of years since going to PF Chang’s… I can’t say I miss it but it’s always nice to go to Town Center for lunch. For the casual person who enjoys the American Chinese meal, PF Chang’s is your spot. If you like more of the authentic flare, you may want to visit other avenues. Our service this afternoon was truly exceptional. Lisa, our waitress, was very attentive and friendly. Perhaps it was a kitchen error, but lettuce wraps were on the house. Sweet! I decided to try something different today. Instead of my typical rice dish I went with the Singapore noodles. After having such a great experience with this with my local fast food Chinese take-out, I, and even my waitress were confident of what was coming my way. While I found this to be a good meal, it wasn’t great. In fact, fast food take-out edges it a bit. This dish comes with shrimp, a big plus. Still a decent spot to check out. I still like them but I’ve found a few other spots that win on food taste.

This is my favorite restaurant. Not sure why. May be it was a love at first bite(some 10 years ago love). But I could eat here everyday, for sure! I dined here last Saturday and decided to try something different. It was lunch time so I ordered from the lunch(smaller portions) menu. I had the grilled salmon which included brown rice, asparagus and a side salad(very yummy with a vinaigrette dressing). Also, had the oso yummy chicken lettuce wraps and my guest had the spicy asparagus. We made reservations in advance in attempt to beat the crowd and almost always a long wait time. But to our surprise, arriving at 1:30 pm(reservation 2pm) the bar was wide open. As a result, we dined at the bar and ordered drinks as well. The Mai Tai was great. Bud Light was not available on tap, so the bartender offered the bottle and poured it in a cold glass. My guest was pleased. All the food was cooked to perfection and definitely filled our stomachs happy! For these to be lunch sized portions, they fit the bill perfectly! Sadly, none to take home for later :) but definitely hearty portions. The meal was a few dollars above $ 40. Which was not bad for P.F. Changs. Seemingly, if we did not order drinks it would have been very reasonable priced and filling at the same time. Changes from before: the menu is different, and they no longer bring out the three ramekins with the sauces to mix up a mild or spicy concoction for you. This is only available upon request. Right now they are celebrating the Chinese New Year. Therefore, they have a special menu if you choose to order a specialty dish in honor of the celebration. I will always return! Have fun :)
