We stopped in here randomly and ordered two rolls, both were amazing and served promptly. Very authentic and the staff was friendly. Prices are good, will definitely stop in again.

I ordered from Grub Hub, and had a mixed experience: Pros: –order was delivered 30 minutes earlier than projected –Food arrived hot –Good portions –Steak and shrimp had decent flavor –Good California Rolls Cons: –Normally, «hibachi» suggests a fried rice with veggies and eggs. This was just plain white rice, no flavor and no option to upgrade or pay extra for fried –no sauce option(yum yum, peanut, etc. or otherwise) –the«veggies» I paid extra for were only cabbage and carrots. Normally, hibachi includes zucchini, onions, etc. –The steak had a bit of an odd texture. It was actually hard on the surface, maybe overcooked or sat out? Flavor was ok, but have never had that happen before –Hubby said the wasabi for his sushi was hardened and dry Overall, for the price and speed of delivery it was ok

If only I could rate them negative stars. Terrible food! Sushi was warm and the food that was supposed to be hot was cold. And to top it off, rude service. DONOTWASTEYOURMONEYHERE!

Great place to get something quick. Quality of food isn’t bad. I’ve been here a few time with family but never really dinned in. In my opinion the place is a bit dark due to lack of customers and I understand that they only want to save on electricity bill. Food is still great and the restaurant is clean. Keep up the good job!

*PREPAREFOR A LONGREVIEW* So I’m about to sound like the average dissatisfied Unilocaler but I don’t even care. I wish there was not only an option for a 0 star rating but an option for negative stars as well. After my original suggestion for dinner was vetoed, Little Tokyo was put into play after being spied across the parking lot by my friend who was getting gas at the Sunoco. So the place is a little hole-in-the-wall dive nestled in a shopping center, which is normally not a problem because sometimes those types of places have the best food. I met up with my dinner partner at about 7:30ish to find the place completely empty. Two thoughts came to mind: maybe things are slow on Tuesday nights or people know to stay away from here. Even so, we still decided to at least give it a chance, sadly. First there was the language barrier(we don’t speak Spanish, unfortunately) and then the menu. I brought my little one along but there was practically nothing for a child to eat so I ordered a side of wings, a side of noodles and a side of rice. I ordered a California roll and a Volcano roll for myself and my friend ordered the chicken and shrimp terriyaki Little Tokyo combo for himself. It took about 10 minutes for the food to arrive but the cook was acting really strange when my volcano roll was being made. The setup housing the sushi ingredients was just like the ones I’ve seen at Chinese buffets that serve sushi and I was actually kind of disturbed by that. I began watching him taking the ingredients for my roll out of the little box thingy and he would stop what he was doing every time he saw me looking. It was really weird and it disturbed me because it was like he was doing something that he had no business doing. The side order of rice looked dingy and had no flavor, my child looked at it and said«No». The noodles were at least edible because my child did eat those and I tasted some and it was okay. I tasted the chicken before I tried to let my child eat them and they tasted gross so I didn’t even offer them. Unseasoned and void of any batter or breading thrown in some old grease is how I would describe them. Whatever oil they used to fry things had a sickly sweet taste to it that made the wings even worse. I judge sushi places off of the volcano rolls(that’s just my thing) and this was the worst volcano roll I’ve ever tasted. It consisted of salmon, tuna, snapper, crab, cream cheese and avocado on the inside with spicy mayo and eel sauce on top. It was deep fried as is the standard for volcano rolls but they were fried in the same oil as the wings and they smelled just like the wings. The sauces that were drowning the rolls were almost favorless and tasted the same, ha go figure! I really can’t liken the taste to anything I’ve had before because it was strange that two separate sauces tasted exactly the same. The rolls themselves were so bland that even the stale/rancid wasabi and soy sauce didn’t make them any better. Something was definitely up with that wasabi and I normally love wasabi but it tasted like it was past it’s prime. I never before had a roll that had so much in it but was lacking any flavor. It was as tasteless as the sauces. I probably would have been better off wrapping some cardboard around some styrofoam and deep frying that. The california roll seemed to have come from a grocery store(Kroger’s was way better by a long shot) and tasted odd. My friend’s dish was pretty greasy and he was upset that it came in a styrofoam box. While we were in there, several people came in to order takeout and a couple of times I wanted to warn people to stay away but they seemed to be willing participants so I didn’t bother. Before we left, I silently prayed that I didn’t get food poisoning from the couple of pieces of rolls I ingested as a taste test. Because my friend is a stickler for«not wasting money and food», he left with the 4 uneaten wings(they come 5 to an order), the grayscale rice and the rest of the two crappy rolls I refused to eat. I’m disgusted at myself for even staying but it was getting late, I had my child with me and didn’t feel like staying out too long trying to find somewhere else to eat. I resisted the urge to stop by Kroger on my way home. Would I subject myself to this torture again? HECKTOTHEEFFNO! Do I need better dinner friends? OBVIOUSLYYES!!! All this took place on 10−20−15 and against my better judgement. Also against my better suggestion of Sushi King on Centerville!!! *SUPERLONGBUTITWASTHERIGHTTHINGTODO, BECAUSE I CARE*

Solid sushi restaurant. I ordered the Spicy Tuna, Little Tokyo, and Shrimp Tempura to go. The Spicy Tuna and Little Tokyo were pretty good. The Shrimp Tempura was bland and it was made with lettuce. I’ve never had lettuce in a roll before. Overall, it’s a good restaurant. I’ll definitely be back for a quick sushi fix. The prices are reasonable, too!
