I can’t say enough good things about Downing. I had just dropped my husband at the airport and was headed home after a quick drive thru chick-​fil-​a when my van started driving like there was something in my tire. Sure enough, there was a bolt like thing jammed in there. Great… I’m new to the area, my husband is boarding a plane, I’m 8 months pregnant and have my two young kids in the car. We have a handicap vehicle and there is no room for a spare so instead we have a fix a flat kit. I was pulled over in a turning lane on the side of the road trying to get in touch with roadside assistance when two men pulled up asking if I needed help. Right away they opened up the kit and reassured me while I stressed about having to go get a new tire during nap time. Downing worked some magic and said the tire was good to go, didn’t even need to be replaced! He advised I go to WaWa and make sure the tire PSI was at 35 since he only had my kit compressor which would take forever to inflate to the proper pressure. I thanked and hugged them both and they were on their way to do more good before I could even offer to pay them. So nice to know people like them are still out there :-)
