The sales people here are excellent, however; the furniture is of poor quality, the interest rates are high, and the account managers are liars. When you call to have your furniture serviced the service department calls and schedules a time and NEVER shows up, but it is a service you have paid for. Trust me when I say BUYER BEWARE!

I was a little hesitant to come here because of the other reviews but we had a really great experience! Maggie was our sales person and she was so helpful and not pushy, ask for her! We bought a sectional, ottoman and bedroom set. The price was reasonable and the furniture looks great!

First of all this is a high interest rate store. I have in the past used them and have been ok with the results. I wanted to be a loyal customer because they constantly call me offering me different amounts of money to purchase from them. I bought a canopy bed that the sales person Emily should have known the measurements for and reviewed them with me. I will admit that I should have as well. The bed is purchased and delivered it doesn’t fit, instead of taking it back they persuade my wife to sign for it giving her ridiculous alternatives to do with the extra pieces that don’t fit. I immediately call them and explain the situation. I am told right off that I will have to pay $ 350 restocking fee. No wiggle room I pick another set to be delivered. A week later it arrives missing pieces and scratched up. The delivery is refused. I’m 3 weeks into this I have been charged for this set and still no bed. They are avoiding my calls and have referred me to customer advocate. Far from the swarm of sales employees who greeted me at the door anxious from me to buy. Stay away from this store! They are a high interest pack of wolves who pray on ok credit customers to rope them in with there 25% interest lies. There are other furniture stores way better in the area.
