While we have only used Gentle Rain’s residential in-​ground automatic lawn sprinkler services over the last five or so years, the company, operating since the 1960’s, actually spends over half its time in the commercial market, including a great deal of work for the government. Installation of our small in-​ground sprinkler system — only 8 circuits, 28 spray heads — was accomplished in only 3 days, and, while the yard definitely showed the work after the installation was completed, most of the grass was back to normal in a little over a month. And the installation, and subsequent system operation over the last 4 years, has been flawless. The only service problem we’ve experienced during this time has been the replacement of the roof-​mounted rain sensor, which was damaged by roofers when installing a new roof. The service tech was here and gone in 20 minutes, and everything’s worked perfectly since.
Very highly recommended for residential in-​ground automatic lawn and shrub sprinkler systems.
