Firehouse subs never suited my fancy as much as Subway or Jersey Mikes. I never understood why it was such a big deal. I used to go when dragged and order the sandwich with Smoked Turkey Breast, add one or many of the hot sauces they have nearby to it and felt somewhat satisfied. That is until I decided to go against the grain and get the Beef and Cheddar Brisket, and I don’t like how much I liked it. That sandwich is sin and there’s a reason why my mouth waters when I drive past Firehouse Subs to get to work. Unfortunately thanks to New Year’s and this resolution, I sat down and enjoyed a salad while my friends ate in front of me. And you know what, the salad was perfect today. I ordered the Hook and Ladder Salad(Turkey and Ham Salad), but what really made it was the Honey Mustard dressing. Firehouse, I see what you’re doing there.

When there really is no time to eat I have to go to Firehouse Subs. It’s the most convenient place for me to go and things come out quickly. I’m creature of habit and my go to is the Italian. Always delicious. A few days ago I ordered the New York Steamer. Meh. It’s rich in taste but just a little too rich. I asked for it all the way but I really couldn’t taste the extra toppings, mostly just meat. That’s not a complaint as I know from working at a restaurant in my teens, people like their bread to veggie to meat ratio to be 20÷20÷60. I think I was the king of upselling overstuffed subs back in the late 1999. I prefer things to be a little more even and I like to taste of everything evenly in each bite. Looks like I’ll stick with the Italian to continue my weird ways in eating. Overall, quick, easy, and good. Oh, and don’t go with the big sub unless you want to take it home. Food comas!

Subs are small and expensive. Bread was not toasted, meat was not tender, nor was it hot. Overall just a very basic sub. Offers chips and cookies for a side. Basically a subway with a slightly different menu. Cookies are not as good as Subways.

Super slow making sandwich’s waited almost 20 minutes in a mostly empty dining room. Never again at this location that’s for sure!

Unfortunately, this location’s management staff is very poor causing customer service to be horrible and wait times to be too long.

We stopped by here tonight(close to closing) and it will be the last time at this particular location. Customer service was rude & very slow. Our youngest son ordered three subs before they actually had something available on the menu. When we did get our subs mine only had half the ingredients that I requested on it but by this time it was late and I was too flustered to care. On a plus side the place was clean. The girl behind the counter had just bleached the tables so she at least let us know which were still wet.

They’re clean and have great food. The only reason I won’t give it 5 stars is because of the service. There were two employees there and we were the only customers. It took them way too long to acknowledge us and only one of them made our sandwiches, while the other just stood around. We only ordered three sandwiches and it took almost 20 mintues.

Honestly I do not know why this place received such a low review score. It is super clean and spacious with a lot of seats. The drink machines have always worked for me. My orders have always been accurate and fast as well as delicious. I love this firehouse. Maybe the bad reviews were from the time frame in which they were closed or right before. Since opening back up I have always had consultant service and food. Easy to get to and plenty of parking I will continue to go here for my sandwich fix!

The previous review was correct in regards to the unfriendly service. The worker I posted pictures of really had no enthusiasm, didn’t say welcome to firehouse or even a hi. The only good that came from her was bringing our food to our table. We said thank you every time she took our order and brought our food and she didn’t even say you’re welcome. I thought she might be having a bad day since every customer that came in she just didn’t give a crap about welcoming anyone. Even the other workers didn’t give a crap about anything. But since reading a previous review its not her having a bad day. It’s her and other workers in general. The sandwich I ate didn’t satisfy me. It wasn’t even what it should’ve tasted like, needed to be warm but it wasn’t. This location just sucks. Other firehouses are better and way friendlier.

Worst customer service ever! Wait staff was rude and unnecessarily rushed. They didn’t ask any questions about toppings or if we wanted anything else with our order. Best of all, THEYGAVEUSTHETOTALLYWRONGSANDWICHES!!! Skip this place and save your money.

Firehouse Subs where have you been my whole life??? You have to try the meatball sub and if you don’t, you’re missing out. The meatballs are huge and meaty. The sauce is zesty and sweet but not overly sweet. It’s a nice compliment to the italian meatballs. I’ve also tried their steak and cheese sub. Not too shabby, ask for dill pickles added to it for an extra kick. For a quick sub lunch, try Firehouse Subs. Everything is made to order when you place your order.
