Never got to get my eyebrows waxed… but i went at 11am on Saturday and they open at 10am expecting to be in and out. I was greeted by a older lady and told her what i needed and she says ok and it would be a few minute wait. No problem i said. There was one lady doing nails and another person waitnig before me. I sit and wait. The lady who was waiting before me told me it was gonna be a bit because the one doing the nails was the only one that can do anything and she been waiting for 30 minutes also for a waxing.
It was also so hot in there that when i left after i heard how long she was waiting for i was sweating
Please have more then one person who can service customers.
