Chanello’s Pizza

It’s so frustrating when you get two different prices from two different workers! What’s considered a one topping regular because it has white sauce on one day is not on the next day. The managers need to get their stuff together. Save your money the pizza is mediocre at best

The pizza wasn’t great, but I wish that’s where the disappointment ended. The person taking telephone orders was extremely slow and kept questioning herself, I asked if I could have paper plates and she made it seem like it was a chore and said she’d have the delivery driver bring it (which he didn’t).
On a totally separate occasion I was shopping at Food Lion and a guy approached me in Chanello’s uniform and began hitting on me and being extremely creepy as I tried walking away. I told him I had a boyfriend and wasn’t interested and he replies with «Okay, well how long have you been together?» You should train employees to always be respectful when in uniform… because of him I will never return.

This place gave me the worst delivery service I’ve ever received. I had a busy day and didn’t feel like going out or making dinner so I decided to order pizza from this location. I literally live 5 minuets from this location, but they offered delivery so I decided to just be lazy about it. When ordering they let you know your order will get to you within 45 minuets. After waiting about and hour and 15 minuets I called to see if there was a problem, maybe they didn’t put my order in for delivery. I was informed by the rude girl on the phone that my order was out for delivery and the person doing the delivery had multiple ones to do. Finally after over 2 hours I got my food. My pizza was cold, smashed up, all of the toppings were falling off and the crust was dough-​y, so under cooked. It was also the worst tasting pizza I’ve received from any Chanellos location. I highly suggest avoiding this location.
Ridiclous delivery time, rude employees and horrible pizza.

It’s not often that a restaurant comes along that is so good I weep as I eat its food, but Chanello’s Pizza has done it. It was a stormy night and I was hungry. Just when I went to check Unilocal and see what I should eat — BOOM! — my power went out. Scared, I grabbed a flashlight and the phonebook. Low and behold, the book flipped open to Chanello’s. I called. They answered. I ordered. They delivered.
The aroma of the succulent sauce wafted into my nostrils the moment the delivery driver took the pizza out of his big, insulated cloth bag. I took a deep breath and closed my eyes. I had exactly the right amount of cash for the pizza and none left over for a tip. I was worried he’d be upset with me, but no. He said, and I quote,“Don’t worry about me, dude. I’m just happy you have a pizza to eat.” Damn. That’s pure class right there. I felt bad, so I let him take one of the potted plants I have near my front door. I insisted. Take it. Please. He did.
The pizza was perfect in every single way. Temperature. Texture. Image. Presence. Proportion. I savored each bite as if it were the last bite of food I’d ever chew. I can only imagine that Mr. Chanello is a kindly, old Italian man with a twinkle in his eye and and pep in his step. Well sir, you also have a superior knowledge of pizza. Thank you, Mr. Chanello. I love you.

Tried ordering there for the first time tonight. Had to call 3 times because the first two times I was hung up on. When I finally did talk to someone, I told them I couldn’t believe how rude they were. I’m sorry if they are having a bad day, but you don’t treat customers that way. Decided not to order from then. Was really looking forward to trying their pizza. Oh well.

Zero stars. Ordered pizza, promised in 35 – 40 mins. Over an hour later, called and was told it was on it’s way. Another 30 mins, called and was told the delivery person said nobody answered the door, even though we were here and would have heard it. Said they would deliver a fresh one. Another 45 Mins. later, the hotel attendant knocked on the door, asking if we had ordered pizza — delivery was in the lobby. The hotel does not allow pizza deliveries past the lobby, proving that the earlier message was a lie. We refused the pizza, now over 2 hours late.
Tomorrow we will try to get our credit card charge refunded. This place is terrible!

Pizza is amazing, but my experience wasn’t the greatest.
I just wanted to sit down with my girlfriend and enjoy some good pizza, but we had to endure very loud music and squeeze around beer pong tables to find a seat. We ended up eating in the outside portion of the restaurant in freezing weather to get away from it all.

zero stars. kept saying they would deliver our pizza, after 3 hours we finally gave up. Even when I called they said the pizza guy was already out to deliver the pizza and would be there shortly that was 30 mins after I order the pizza. As I said 3 hours later, still no pizza.
I was really looking forward to it. I’ve never known a pizza place to not deliver pizza. worst customer service and attitude ever, since sprint.
