Anybody that is looking into buying the he security system threw AT&T DON’T DOIT. For one thing you have this huge box mounted on a wall inside your home. Two half the time the app doesn’t work to disarm the system. The outside camera sucks would be better if it could move. If I could get out of this contract today without spending another cent. I would and I’d go back to my old system that I had no issues with even though it was a bit more expensive.

Over priced. Not worth what they charge. A complete rip off. 30GB a month is not a lot of data usage if I’m using my phone as intended for Netflix, FaceTime, etc. AT&T plans for this type of usage START at $ 300/month. What do they think they are selling? Car payments? Went down the street to T-Mobile and got BETTER service with their unlimited LTE data plan. Picked up an iPhone 6 and it even has the cool new wifi calling feature. ATT is so behind in technology they don’t even have this feature.

My family and I were on the search for a new plan that could save us a few bucks a month. Without any hesitation Shawn said he could beat our rate, which he did. Usually, I feel a little defeated when it comes to having to walk into our service providers’s stores. Our experience was less than great with our former contract through T-Mobile two years ago when we made the desperate decision to switch to Sprint. Yes, very affordable the bill was at first, but just trying to get service to make a phone call was a challenge in itself. My family all chose iPhone 6’s and I got the plus, for it would be more appropriate with my career. Shawn continued to school us after our data plan and phones were chosen. He brought us to the accessories because after dropping just about $ 400 for all 4 phone’s down payment we would need some cases and screen protectors to secure our new investments. He even told us about a free router that worked as a mini T-Mobile cell tower for my parent’s home. Although, we spent about 3 hours(of course because there was phone people trying to get in this plan all at once), Shawn was charismatic, willing, and patient with us and all of our questions, no matter how repetitive they got. All and all I’m glad our family made the switch back to T-Mobile and our T-Mobile associate made the switch easier than expected.

I’ve been here many times, in fact, this wood be considered my «home store» as it’s so close to where I live. The customer service is crazy good! I’ve stood outside a few times on iPhone launch days and the staff have come out with refreshments for the customers. The people across the street at T-Mobile could only look longingly over with envious hearts. I love coming to the store because they’re so helpful and quick. They’ve solidified me as customer!
