I purchased the roof tune-​up coupon in early December and was promptly contacted by a company representative for service in early January. The appointment came and went with no contact from ‘Around the Clock’. When I called they apologized and said as they were unable to reach me the technician decided not to go out. I found this strange as I have one of those fancy modern smart phones and I didn’t even have a call from an unknown number. No matter I rebooked the appointment for the following week. Fast forward 2 months and still the service has not been performed as contracted. Numerous appointments were missed and always the excuse was the weather. Understanding we had a number of rain days, over a 60+ period they could have found the time to come out. In fact they cancelled 2 days this week because of rain (the potential) and both days were clear and sunny.
Communication with the company was very poor. Emails and phone calls often went unanswered. I suspect the only reason they called be backed was because I would call 4 or 5 times each day. I was always greeted with the same excuse ‘sorry for not getting back to you sooner we are have phone and internet problems’. I am not sure who they though they were fooling, in this day and age internet/​phone services don’t have the level of issues they were claiming.
Perhaps they provided good service in the past however something has changed (maybe too many coupons sold). Despite many changes this company did not honor the contract they had with me. Perhaps it is a blessing in disguise, if this is how they run their business then the quality of their work is certainly circumspect.
