Pomodoro Pizzaria

This place is out of business. No longer there. A restaurant called Dions has taken its place.

It’s something amazing. The pizza is great, but the last time I went there I tried the pear salad and the chicken pesto pasta and it was to die for.
This is a family restuarant that has pizza but also includes high quality ingredients for a nice entrée selection. I notice a couple of families that had a kid split a pizza while the parents enjoyed the entrees that looked just as good as the one I enjoyed.
The waitstaff is one of the really strong points to this place too. They look dressed for a better place than a family restaurant, but they still have the friendly disposition that you would expect for a family restaurant.

I find the pizza and food quite decent and not fatty and the ingredients quite good qualities as well.
However, the pizza from the menu always taste bland and I changed my order to be always my own creative toppings. I think the dough is not perfected yet, not fried and stone baked thin crust, yet, it still tastes «not quite» there.
My choices of toppings are Black Olives, Anchovies, Artichokes, and chickens, with or without extra grilled garlic. If they put this choice in their menu, they should call it HLee’s gourmet premium;) *w*
The place gets crowded during the summer with young kids and parents. But in the winter time, they close around 8:30pm and the large dining space looks really barren. I prefer their pizza better than other cheesy pizza takeout places. So, I am not complaining but, wish their pizza tastes richer!

Closed, perhaps for renovation, or closed for good. The interior has been all gutted out.
