I ordered pizzas a few days ago and they got my order wrong then delivered it and hour and a half after the time that they told me it would be here. So needless to say they credited my account and told me to order at a different time if I chose to. I called up there today to order replacement pizzas the girl named Tiffany on the phone told me that I was only eligible for carryout! I told her that that was not going to work! After that she had an attitude from this point on! Each pizza I ordered was supposed to come with five toppings f those pizzas I ordered extra cheese she did not tell me that I had to pay for extra cheese it was not included in the five toppings ! So I told her to take it off! She said they were already in the oven and she couldn’t and I’d have to pay for it anyway! What??? It’s been 3 minutes! Plus I’m not paying for it you should have told me! By taking the extra cheese of I was entitled to one more topping per pizza! She gets ruder! Then ruder! By this point I usually lose my temper but I just wanted to use my credit and never use them again! She couldn’t rap her tiny brain around what I was telling her! I tried explaining and she told me if I would close my mouth and give her a minute she would figure it out! I said excuse me and she said BEQUIET! And as I went to speak she said please hold! I said wait she said no! And put me on hold! I called back talked to a manager and had to pretty much tell her that she hasn’t even apologize for that brainless bitch! Ewwww I’m so mad right now! Waiting on a call from the main manager but I doubt it will do any good! wow *Update* I decided to use the coupons that customer service mailed to me for some free pizzas! I was going to use the coupons and never use Pizza Hut again until my experience today! A manager by the name is Heather took very good care of us apologized multiple times and even prepared our pizza herself! The pizza was delicious we barely waited 20 min for our delivery! She just made today a good experience! Pizza Hut now has my business back and by the way I am a very good customer and order from them every week! She said they did take care of Tiffany’s smart little mouth but I cannot help but hope if she’s rude like this again that that person will take time to complain and if she’s stupid enough to do it again then she doesn’t deserve her job! Management can thank their manager heather for my future business! Thanks again heather ! She really took the time with me to make everything right! Called back today to use the coupons that they sent me for messing my order up and for the service I got and a manager named Jodie answered and was sooo rude to me ! I swear as soon as I let my kids use these coupons I will never ever use Pizza Hut in villa rica AGAIN! Also the next time I call to use the last coupon I am going to record the phone call and play it for the store manager ! Prolly won’t do any good but I’m gonna at least prove to them how ppl are being treated by the crew and managers up there! It’s unlike any customer service I have ever dealt with! I wish I could give zero stars! My experience at Pizza Hut tonight was one of the worst food experienced I have ever had. I ordered 2 pizzas, 2 cheese sticks, and a dessert. After waiting an hour and a half for my pizza, it arrived cold, incorrect, and incomplete. I called the store only to be told, «Well, we are super busy». After paying $ 50 for dinner for my family, I would hope to have a good dinner. Not from this Pizza Hut! What a train wreck… I will NEVER order from here again! Do yourself a favor and read the online reviews for this Pizza Hut. It is appalling the way this Pizza Hut is run, and does not follow corporate standards that have been set in place.

(The store owner was very nice and offered to resolve the issue) We called at 3:15 our call went to a call center. We ordered 4 pizzas, hot wings bread sticks, and a drink. We never received the wings which we ordered extra well done & extra sauce(we did get the extra hot wing sauce tho but no wings), one pizza was bacon, pep, Jalapenos, extra sauce. I called up asking about the wings they said it wasn’t on the ticket but saw where we wanted extra sauce & them well done. We also didn’t get the sauce for the bread Stixs. The on floor manager was very rude ended up hanging up on me without an apology nothing just click, I called back after I realized the pizza did not have bacon or hardly any sauce when we order extra sauce on the pizza. I was in mid sentence when she hung up the phone on me. I was livid!!! about 15 minutes later the owner of the Pizza Hut called. The owner was very nice and offered his apologies & reimbursed for the messed up pizzas. We took the pizzas & bread Stixs up there. She never once apologize for anything, she was rude even then. She was like yeah uhmmm etc. We just left. My friend went back in and was like really your still going to be this rude. We like Pizza Hut the best but we will never order from this one again!!! We will stick with papa johns who has always done a great job with the pizzas and costumer service! I was not upset about the pizzas things happen I get that, just fix it! we did spend 60 dollars with tip. I was outraged & floored by the manager and how out right rude she was.. When it would hv been an easy simple fix with good costumer service to have fixed the issue and we would have still ordered from the villa rica location!
