KFC

I must say I use to think this place was a 1 star establishment like everybody else but they upped their game since my last visit. I remember when the service was so bad that we had to wait 45 minutes. Uhh KFC you are supposed to be FAST food. After the wait we were given a free cake to moderate the wait time.
This place is a KFC and Taco Bell fusion, that means this place is a KFC and taco bell combined since they are owned by the same people. After that time described^up there^ we didn’t go to this place for quite a while. Came here to get a quick meal one afternoon. KFC really isn’t that cheap but they have now 5 $ fill ups which is my go to thing now if I go there.
Sweet tea wasn’t that sweet but it was ok. The skin is really like thick compared to Popeyes and when you eat the skin it has this fatty part that makes you feel unhealthy. The pieces of chicken itself is SMALL. Like two KFC thighs put together would be the size of a Popeyes thigh. The one thing that KFC succeeds in better than Popeyes is the seasoning. They have a variety of spices on the skin. Biscuit was A ok but the Mac n cheese definitely not that good.
Service here has also impressed me. They have since then upped there game and can get food out as fast or faster than other KFC’s. Good price for the meal but has a lot to work on quality wise.

This KFC taco bell can thank Unilocal for the one star I did give them since giving zero isn’t an option. They cannot get an order right, no matter what time of day you go. They run out of food way before closing time and refuse to cook more. What food you do get is often over or under cooked. They stand at the counter and make fun of their customers. They cannot get and keep decent management or help. This store is an embarrassment.

Please find another KFC… one where management actually cares. I am a sucker for trying this place again, every few months, year after year. From horrible wait times to incorrect orders, rude employees and dirty dining rooms, you would think I had learned my lesson. But I dream… hoping things have changed, and try them again. Why, you ask??? because they are conveniently located close to my home. But things never change here. Management still cannot seem to hire decent people nor produce a decent product. So put your foot on the gas and stop at the next KFC down the road. Your stomach will thank you!

We went through the drive thru for KFC to order a 20 piece chicken meal as well as extra sides. We have 8 people to feed today on a very long day of moving. The lady at the drive through said they have to cook the chicken for the 20 piece meals per order. She then went on to say they close in ten minutes and they didn’t have very many side dishes to go with our order. It was very easy to understand they did not want to serve us. Minutes later we decided to go inside to get tacos instead because we we told they were open longer. And right there on the entrance door was the hours of operation stating both Taco Bell and KFC closes at 10:30 pm. It was ten minutes till ten!!! Wow! The door was locked (10 minutes till 10 pm) the lady came to the door and let us in. It was obvious, she wasn’t happy about it from the displeased look on her face. My wife observed the same young lady go in the area where meals are prepared and was speaking to another woman. What happened next was all it took! She began to scratch her rear! My wife and I looked at each other and said nope — lets go!!! Never going to go there ever again. Tomorrow we both have decided to call corporate over the issues we observed. For this review I tried to not leave a star as none were deserved. But in order to post it you have to select at least 1 star. It should of been «0»…

Worst in Carroll County goes to. Folks we have a three-​way tie Churches chicken in Carrollton KFC in Villa Rica and McDonald’s in Temple.

This place SUCKS. Run quickly someplace else. I caught Food poison here from the chicken

Some things are just too wierd to make up. Stopped for a bite on my way home from long business trip, only to find myself transported into a time-​warp, twilight zone experience. KFC 1pc chicken meal $ 4.89 no drink included in meal price (negative points), gonna charge me for water (MORE negative points)…conversation overheard from couple at next table… Man & woman comparing personal stories about how many times each of them had been shot (gunshot) when it appeared the man had greater numbers the woman replied «But that one right there oughta count for TWO cause I wuz pregnant at that time»
what can I say…5 stars!
