My favorite store. Love the polite employees and great customer service. Never a problem with returns. Always great sales and brand I happen to like for the people my age. When you are past that teeny bopper look and out of juniors but still want to be stylish and not ready to go to elastic pants and baggy shirts.
They have the brands that keep me stylish and cute.
I can always find anything I need for the house also.
An improvement I would like to see is in the boys section. I would love to see more brands brought in to give boys different options. More than the skater or surfer look.

I went to my favorite store on Mother’s Day. I needed a price check on a pair of nice slacks. The check-​out line had customers waiting so I decided to ask the employee in the jewelry dept. to scan the slacks so that I can see what type of bargain I would be getting. She suggested that I stay in the check-​out line and wait on the cashier. She did not have a customer, was not doing anything but standing there looking at a jewelry case. After asking her again to ck for me, she blew a little wind and checked for the bargain. C’mon customer service is why employees work at Kohl’s.
