So far, so good. Very helpful and friendly service. A huge selection of Tempur-​pedic mattresses to try out. I actually took a short nap on the one I selected. The technology is mind-​blowing, and the sales people, especially Mark, knows his stuff. Prices are the same here as everywhere else, and there is a limited return policy. Waiting on delivery, and will update with photos then. Will definitely check our mattress to ensure it’s what we purchased.

We had an awful experience at MattressFirm in the Avenue, from both stores. I believe there are the occasional hangups in life, but after so many issues with our mattress purchase, I feel it was a pattern of mis– conduct. They ended up delivering a mattress that was a lower model, but looked identical. Had we not checked the tag on the mattress, we would have been duped. The salesmen are not to be trusted.
