I actually got my pizza hacked into 42 pieces! Are you kidding me?!? I tipped $ 10 for this?!? I’m complaining to the corporate office after this review. Furious! Do not order from them!

Called in my carry out order last night and had my son pick it up for me. He brought home two pizzas and half of those two pizzas had NO cheese on them. I was so annoyed I was about to spit fire! Who the hell sells you pizza with no cheese?! I sent him back to the store which is 1 mile down the street and told him to tell them to put cheese on them.
It took him more than 30 minutes to return home (1 mile down the street!)
He said the woman was unapologetic and told him that she’d do it for him this time but next time he needed to know that that was «extra cheese », ARE YOU KIDDING ME?!
They got two stars for the professional man who took my order over the phone.
The female needs to be fired immediately.
It amazes me such an unprofessional incompetent person can be gainfully employed.

First time ordering from this Pizza Hut. My local Dominos seemed to always deliver a pizza lukewarm, and we wanted to try a different place in hopes of not having a $ 20 lukewarm pizza. Sadly they failed.
Ordered online, on a Monday before 6pm, the computer said it would be 30 mins. After an hour, I called to see where my pizza was. I was informed that the driver had left 30mins ago. 10 mins later he arrived with the lukewarm pizza in hand. Luckily, after hanging up, I turned my oven on expecting worst. Good thing I did that.
I paid $ 3.50 for delivery. What is the point of paying for delivery when they can’t get you the product in a condition you expected? I live only a couple of miles from the joint.
The pizza itself was normal Pizza Hut deep dish. Likely made worse because I had to reheat it. ⁵⁄₁₀ after the reheat.

I ordered a very large order from this Pizza Hut on Christmas Eve to feed my staff that had to come in on the holiday. I placed the order first thing in the morning (before they were even open) online and the food was ready and fresh by lunch time when we went to pick it up. My entire staff was disappointed and complained though about the wings not having any dipping sauce. It was my mistake to assume it would have come on the side without asking but this has always been the case with every other pizza delivery place. I was embarrassed that my staff wasn’t completely happy and satisfied with their special holiday lunch so I’m giving only 3 stars.

This was my first time ordering from Pizza hut because I was interested in trying the stuffed crust pizza. I ordered a pizza for delivery, after paying for the order, the internet told me it was going to be 1:10 minutes… for a pizza? from a location 5 minutes away?
Ok…maybe they’re busy, I still have 40 minutes on their online timer when they call me, but I was in the bathroom. I call them right back, and they don’t pick up (4 minute delay). They left me a message, they tried to deliver, so I can «call to cancel or come pick it up.»
I canceled, and I’ll never order from them again. The wonder why Papa Johns is beating them senseless… even Dominoes got their act together.

Been using them for many years, probably ordered a couple of hundred pizzas in total.
Placing a phone order seems OK, courteous, they take the order accurately and give a good prediction on how long it will take to make the pies. No problems with the prep and they are cooked to the right level. I prefer to pick my order up since I live pretty close.
If I had one suggestion, I would like the toppings to go out a little more on the edge of the dough. Two inches of crust seems a little wide, this may be the standard for all Pizza Huts, I don’t know.
Reasonable value for the price and convenience. If you want to pay more, there are plenty of options in town.

Chris the manager is the worst employee I have ever come across. Don’t waste your time ordering from here. Order Ledo’s if you want wings

what’s with the lack of customer service? no hello, no thank you or anything!
on top of that my order was screwed up and the slicing job was a disaster. i’ll be going to the next closest pizza hut from now on.

While I love Pizza Hut’s pizza (the stuffed crust is amazing), I have to give this store a 1-​star review because their service is ridiculously slow. It took them an hour and 15 minutes to deliver a very simple (1 pizza) order (My house is 10 min. away from the store, 20 if traffic is bad). To make matters worse, their phone wasn’t working, so I couldn’t even call to find out what was taking so long. After about an hour of waiting, I just called Domino’s, assuming the pizza wasn’t coming. I had to turn the driver away at the door when he finally did show up, since I hadn’t been able to cancel my order due to the non-​functional phone. Absolutely ridiculous.

OK place. We’ve ordered here couple of times and every time we ordered pizza was not cooked completely. Next time we might try at different place.

Although this Pizza Hut is pretty small, it does offer a lot of different kinds of options. You can get personal pan, medium, large, and extra large pizzas, mild or hot wings, breadsticks, cheesesticks, and cinnamon sticks here. They also have 2 liter sodas, like Pepsi, Sierra Mist, etc.
The pizzas themselves are delicious, although a bit greasy, since they tend to overgrease their pans. But they do offer a variety of toppings.
The service here is pretty good, too. If you have a problem with your food, just call back and they’ll probably give you a credit for next time or give you a new order for free.
Also, try the carryout instead of delivery if you’re short on time: the carryout time is usually about 15 minutes, while delivery is about 30 – 35 minutes, usually.
The best time to order from here is Mondays, since they’ll most likely be on time. Don’t expect your pizza to be on time on Wednesday or Friday nights, since it’s the busy days here.
And remember, if you order delivery, tip your driver! They use their own cars and pay for their own gas and stuff.
