Upgraded my wife’s phone. Arrived on a Friday around 10:30 and only one person in store. After a while another associate showed up. Employee (Blake) showed up quickly got settled and promptly walked up and introduced himself and shook hands.
Quickly helped me with what I needed. They had some new technology but he and the manager worked well together to work through the process. Great customer service. Felt like I was only customer in the store.
Came back the next day to switch phones for my daughter. Blake remembered us and again quickly helped us with what we needed.
While its perhaps unfortunate that you might not expect «great» service from a cell phone carrier this store has changed my perception.
Well done. Will go out of my way to go to this store in the future.
