My office has ordered carryout from this location several times. About half of the time, something is missing from the order. This is not a large office, just 6 people. A .500 average is good in baseball, but this isn’t baseball. If I’m dropping near $ 80 on a carryout order, I think I’ll spend that money on a restaurant that actually cares to double check their orders.

My fiancé and I went to the Applebee’s in Vienna around 5:30. We didn’t had to wait which was surprising because we went on a Thursday, but the waitress was kinda bad. She checked on us to see how we were doing two times and the food wasn’t hot. I will never go back unless I’m going with a large group of family or friends.

We always stop in for dinner or lunch, very nice and professional servers and staff. Very clean and the food is great. 2 for $ 20 or 2 for $ 25 is very affordable for a couple, great choices! Highly recommend. Have visited other locations out of state and have not been very impressed, but this location is great! Thank you!

Applebee’s Vienna, wv Review 6.22.14 Intro: greeted and seated quick. We got Laramie B as our server and he was quick to get us our food. Order 1(mine): 3 Cheese chicken penne. Good as usual. Order2(husband’s): Chicken Freshcado. First time he had it and it was excellent. Service: Laramie B was very prompt, friendly, and went above and beyond with our picky needs. He was very good to talk to. He stayed on top of drink refills and was very attentive. It was the 2nd time we’ve had him as our waiter and we were impressed both times. It was some of the best service we’ve had anywhere.

My Dad, Sister, Aunt and I stopped in for dinner, servers were awesome. The food, not so much. I had the chicken strips platter, the strips were way over cooked, the french fries over cooked and the cole slaw had no dressing and had cilantro in it. I managed to eat 6 fries and one of the chicken strips. Aunt Donna had the fettucini with broccoli, there was absolutely no alfredo sauce on it at all, just dry pasta a bit of broccoli and a couple strips of chicken. My sister had the beef fajitas, they had no fajita seasoning on them and were cooked with jalepano peppers that had not been seeded. Will not try that again. Sad really, we’ve eaten at Applebee’s in Adrian, Mi, in Yuma, Az, and in Big Rapids, Mi, they all are amazing.

It’s the normal Applebee’s. Mediocre service with mediocure food. Nothing to write home about but not bad either. That’s the reason for my 3 stars… just right down the middle.

I can’t believe I’m the first person to write a review of this Applebee’s! It’s a pretty standard location, I guess, but it’s a little on the small side. We seem to have bad luck with music at this location for some reason. The first time we visited was for lunch on Valentine’s Day this year, and they had a roving barbershop quartet. It seems like a nice idea in theory, but they were being kind of annoying and were way too loud for such a small space. When we went there again last night, the music on the PA system was way too loud, and not just loud but jangly, like the radio was between stations. That was really annoying, so we asked the waitress if she could change it or turn it down, and she said no. Maybe this was just a one-time thing, though, so I won’t grade them too hard for that. The food is exactly what you’d expect from Applebee’s– mediocre and loaded with salt. Actually, though, last night I tried one of the new Weight Watchers entrees, which are, among other things, supposed to be lower in sodium. Guess what? Instead of being loaded with salt, it was loaded with salt substitute! This put the clincher on it for me, and I don’t think we’ll be coming back here again in the future.
