Not sure of reviews… called looking for a diagnosis and estimate, and acted like the only HVAC people around, and first words were «can’t today (with an attitude)» and «$ 75 to start with.» Maybe they’re really good and that’s why the attitude??? Bad feeling from start. Too much competition with good reviews and good attitudes, and people willing to look at before a dime is given that aren’t afraid of others reviewing their estimate, in a world where the laymen can get taken.

I am a retired air conditioning contractor and I appreciate the expertise and great customer service from Thurlow’s.
