Rebecca is the best server we have had in a long time. She loves her job and it shows. Won’t make you choose expensive meals you won’t like. Recommends the best, she looked out for us and we appreciate it. Thank you Rebecca.

Red lobster… good food clean environment. We were served by Monika and she was very nice and made sure we always had full drinks and bread. All the staff was very friendly and had good service. I got the lobster lovers feast. It was very filling. It was good, not great though. If I could rate just the staff they would get 5 stars.

Jenniffer(yes, with two f’s) was not a good server. Took forever to come and get our drink order, then took another year(it seemed) for her to come back with our drinks. Totally forgot to drop off utensils for us when she brought our apps. When we asked for clarification about what was in a stuffed lobster dish, she literally pointed at the menu and proceeded to look at us like we were idiots and didn’t read the menu. Uhh, we were sitting here for 20 minutes already and we DO know how to read. She was totally clueless about what we asked, obviously, but don’t treat us like we didn’t read the menu. We also wanted to add extra crab legs onto an order and rather than explaining how many extra orders we could add on, she was totally patronizing and just said that, «Two pounds is the most you can get,» without saying why that was until we expressed our confusion. Apps came out before our bread is. Refills didn’t not come out in a timely manner. We asked for extra plates and butter, but it took her ten minutes to come back with plates and no butter. Three of us came together, but she input one of our orders incorrectly so one person was just sitting around waiting while the other two ate. Not only that, the person whose order she misplaced, she didn’t even bother asking what sides we wanted, then still misplaced the side order for the entrée. Our last refills never came, nor did she offer any boxes for our leftovers. Food was as good as it always is, which is average and expected. A little on the salty side. We will be requesting to NOT sit in her section during any future visits.

The server ignored us for far too long. Everyone else for their meal except me. By the time I got my meal, everyone else was done-the server forgot about us(he had a table of 8 to tend to that he was hoping would give a great tip). The lobster was NOT Maine lobster and was underdone. Waaaaay too overpriced for poor quality seafood. Being from the East Coast-I KNOW what great seafood is and what it costs. Not impressed at all.

The server Nicole(just in case the location has more than one Nicole; if Donald trump see her he would call her rosie o’donnell) has a very rude attitude. When I asked her if there are any other tables she said I have to clean them. Asked again how long would it take for her to clean one to which she responded in a irritated way I don’t know. She kept on pointing towards the waiting area and saying you can wait you can wait again in a very rude demeanor. One bright side to our visit today was meeting our server Lisa; very friendly and good prompt service. Changing the stars from 1 to 5. Manager walked up to the table. Very professionally approached the problem and assured me that it would not happen again.

Went in for the Endless Shrimp, what can I say, we’re gluttons. The hubs was hesitant to go after reading the Unilocal reviews, but we went anyway. Service was on point, Danielle W was fantastic. I had the Carmel Appletini — soooo good, ended up having 2 :) Danielle made sure we were supplied with a steady stream of tasty, fresh, well cooked and hot shrimp. The coconut-habanero was my favorite. The manager was an obvious presence in the dining room, checking on customers, friendly and attentive. Well done, we will be back, probably not until the next Endless Shrimp event, but regardless we will be back!

My mom and I went here for dinner last night, and I have to say that Sara is just the best! I’ve never felt more genuinely welcomed or well taken care of as when we had her as our waitress. The food was also great. I love the cheesy whatever-they’re-called rolls. And I Iike to have the Snow Crab legs. They are bomb af. It would be cool if you guys had more beers on tap. Anyway, I just wanted to say Sara is the best waitress. Thank you guys!

We are not from here but we decided to stop by after long drive coming back from Las Vegas. And we chose wrong place. We ordered food but took LONGASS time. We waited over 40mins… We supposed to get bread too but the waiter forgot to give us. Anyways the food was ok. Just service sucks and so slow. Of course we won’t come back.

I go to Red Lobster every year for Endless Shrimp so while visiting my sister we decided to go for dinner. This is the most expensive RL I have ever been to! At my local RL I pay 15⁄16 for Endless Shrimp. Theirs cost $ 18 bucks. Also, you can’t change your side at this location. It comes with the nastiest rice pilaf I have ever had! It costs $ 2.95 to change your side. To top it off, cheese doesn’t come on your salad at this location so they charge you $ 1 for a tablespoon of cheese! I was told they’re under new management and they raised the prices. That’s ridiculous so I won’t be back. On another note, my food was good. My shrimp alfredo was a little dry. Needed more sauce. My strawberry mango daiquiri tasted like sugar. The staff was friendly and our waiter Jhana was awesome! She’s the reason why I left 2 stars instead of 1.

Not worth the price. Joes crab is better. I went for snow crab legs it was so cold. Waiter was rude as well. I spent $ 30 on a plate that wasn’t even worth it. Don’t go here. It’s worth the drive to Joes Crab Shack and u get more.

Today’s food was excellent!!! The tilapia was grilled perfect and the veggies tasted great. Our waiter Jacob was on top of his game. Drinks were refilled fast and he was very polite. The bread was fresh and delicious like always.

First time visiting Red Lobster and I gotta say I had a wonderful first time experience, from the moment we walked in with Philip greetin us and taking us to our table he was very knowledgable and friendly even advising us on a couple options which we appreciate. Christine was a very good server and took care of our party the way I wanted, she was very friendly and attended to all our needs, thanks guys will definitely be back.

Mother’s Day 2015… this is the most unhappy staff I have seen. No one looks like they want to be here. No one said hello or how is your day or happy Mother’s Day! Sat down at 5 it’s now 6 and we haven’t got our food… you can tell its a poor ran team, from the hostess who is bossy and talking loud giving direction and sarcastically saying the wait times like she is irritated, from the waiter(Darren) who took 20min to come to our table and says are you ready what can I get for you? To the workers running around bumping into each other and NOONESMILEDATALL. Not prepared to make a special day like this well ran and seamless for all your guest! I question the leadership of this team… Still no food???

Sara was phenomenal. My parents and I were on our way home from Las Vegas and got stuck in a giant grid lock for over six hours. We were extremely aggravated, hungry, and it was a half-hour before closing. She was beyond sweet and turned our sour moods and my rotten beginning to my birthday around. She even hooked us up with extra cheese rolls(my favorite) for the rest of the trip home. The food is your average seafood chain food. My favorites are always the cheese rolls and shrimp scampi.

So it’s been over a year since my last visit to the Victorville Red Lobster. We only come here because my husband’s grandpa lives in Apple Valley. Since his grandma passed away last year, all of us travel this way now. CHECKEDINWITHHOSTESS at 1:50PM(stated 30 minute wait) Our group consisted of my husband’s grandpa, grandpa’s friends, aunt, uncle, and cousins. We had a party of 14 so I understood they had to put tables together. The hostess was friendly and nice to take a couple group photos for us while we were waiting. When we were walking to our table all the way at the back of the restaurant, I noticed that restaurant actually wasn’t even filled up. BISCUITS&SIDESALADS started coming out at 3:30PM Most of us ordered the Endless Shrimp($ 17.99) and there were two servers taking care of our table. The Endless Shrimp meals comes with a side and salad. I got the mashed potatoes and Caesar salad. 4:00PM — My husband was the first one to order, but ended up getting his plate about 20 minutes after everyone started eating. He was seriously not a happy camper! In my previous review, I commented on the excellent customer service we received from a guy with a mustache. I think I saw the same server there again today, but he wasn’t assigned to our table this time. During our last experience, I also mentioned we never had empty plates. This time around, it felt like the entire time, we were waiting for something. I know our servers were trying and asking us if we wanted refills however, the experience this time around wasn’t so great since the food was SOSLOW to come out, even for the one person who ordered dessert. She got her dessert when all of us already finished paying. Our group didn’t even order as many rounds of shrimp as we usually do. I had my initial 3(breaded, garlic and parmesan) I hated the parmesan one and gave it to my husband and just ordered a coconut shrimp. That was all I ate. ENDOFMEAL5:00PM Going forward, I don’t think I’ll ever order the shrimp again and just go with a regular entrée. The shrimp didn’t taste that great and I only liked the hand-breaded shrimp this time around. Red Lobster isn’t my personal preference, but we come to Red Lobster once a year with my husband’s family and this is the worst experience we’ve had at a Red Lobster.(We’ve also been to Fullerton, Brea, Chino, Monrovia.) 175⁄100 Reviews for 2014
