Outback Steakhouse

Went here with my husband for dinner for the first time last year. We waited about 15 minutes (on a Sunday night) and were seated.
Waitress was very polite and our food was PERFECT. It took about 20 minutes to arrive. The steak was cooked how we ordered it, the mashed potatoes and veggies were perfectly seasoned and our wine was nice and cool.
We will definitely be back!

Came here on a Thursday the host told us the wait was 15 minutes so we said we would wait. they ask our name .we waited 45 minutes and nothing we went to tell them and the hostess didnt even have our name on the list… we were told to go to the bar because there were no tables available but the fact is that we waited for a table and the hostess didnt evwn put us down for a table .went to the bar top and were not satisfied with the very small table after all we were going to order steak so we need more room. we told the waiter about the problem and got a stupid blank face and no answer. another waitress came and said she would look into it… the waiter came bak and said it would be another 45 minutes since they barely put our name on the list. and we told him we had already waited 45 minutes even though they had told us it was 15. the waiter said we were more than welcome to leave… most horrible and negligent customer service ever… we left this shithole. outback isnt what it used to be

Our server as Jon! He was fabulous. He knew the menu like the back of his hand. He is a patient and polite gentleman. We will be back. The food was delicious and the atmosphere eclectic! Great job!

Had a very good time tonight here. Our waitress Amanda was awesome, it was busy but she was very friendly, attentive and pleasant. She demonstrates an example of how to take care of a customer. Thank you Outback for hiring such great employees. The food was very good, my steak was cooked perfectly, and we hardly waited for our food. I definitely will be back to this location. Great job !!

Very fast service & kind. Ordered sirloin medium rare with a side of mashed potatoes & macaroni & cheese.

The slow roasted wood fired prime rib was amazing. The server was superior! The only recommendation I would have to the restaurant would be too tend to the woman’s restroom more often.

I just found out they have a to go section here and its great.
you don’t even get out of your car they bring it to you.

After a 45 min wait for a couple of kids meals and salads. The food arrived and all of the plates were dirty. This was after we had advised them of dirty coffee mugs. Staff was friendly but we didn’t want to stay to eat off of dirty plates.

They DO NOT honor any of the online specials. Their excuse is that CA doesn’t honor them. I just hate false advertising. We planned the dinner around the online specials and they just flat out choose to not honor them. This is not the first time either, they always have some small print exception. Just extremely disappointed that this major corporation just can pick and choose! If other people have found ways to get them to honor their promotions I welcome the suggestions. Our server was nice. I feel the manger did not even try. Food was as good as always but between the minuet portion size and the dishonest pricing promotions not sure I will be back.

I came into the restaurant early today. The service was excellent and speedy. My apatizers were hot and cooked perfectly. My wife ordered the flat iron steak. The seasoning was OK and even though it was medium well, it was a little on the tough and dry side. I ordered the loaded mashed potatoes (very good) and the crackling crackling salmon with mango salsa. It was average. Surprisingly, TGI Fridays version was much better. The coke a cola was perfect and my glass was refreshed often. Over all the dining experience was good. The only other thing that really bothered me was the lack of leg room. It’s not cool to constantly bump shoes with your mother in law.

Went to this outback for the first time and the service was amazing! I don’t remember our servers name but he was very nice and I believe one of the cooks or maybe he was a manager he was very accommodating. Tonight was great service and the steaks were delicious. The steak I originally ordered was to spicy and the cook maybe manager came back and brought me a fresh one and even gave me my meal for free. Everyone was really nice tonight. It was a very pleasant experience I definitely will be going back.

Outstanding today. Very friendly staff. Debbie was a amazing waitress. My steak was awesome. Everything came im a timely manner.

Another average steakhouse in terms of taste. Good service and good facility, but the food can be better. It was ok. Just not any better than that.

Both of the ahi’s are good. Seared Ahi Appetizer with cole slaw and Ahi salad.

Went for no worries Wednesdays. price was $ 4.00 higher than before. $ 18.99 instead for a small steak meal with desert. No longer impressed by the deal.

Food was great! Soup came after the meal witch was okay but the manager was awesome took the soups off our orders and was really cool. Great customer sevice..

Service is a miss tonight. Steak over cooked. Salad wrong dressing. It took forever for drinks. Longer for cream. Ugh I wish I had good things to say. I guess the house salad was good. The beer when it finally came was good. I just wish tonight was better. I have been here a few times and tonight was the worst. So I will chop it up to a off night. :(

I’ve eaten at 2 Outbacks on opposite coasts within the past month. Remember when you used to get a meal on domestic flights and you were just happy if the meal didn’t gag you and make you not hungry. That’s what both experiences have been like. One a steak, the other salmon. Both meals tasted like they came out of a box or shrink wrap. I guess my gourmet cook wife has spoiled me because I used to tolerate this level of quality. No more. Outback is now in my officially sucks category.

Well gave it another shot after about 8 months. Last visit was also a disappointment. The server was great and on top of it but the food was definitely not what was described on the menu. I ordered a chicken griller which was suppose to be a kabob… Well it was a huge piece of a chicken breast with the veggies on the side… The lady said that’s how they serve it. The taste was ok just not keen on having to cut it like a steak. My son ordered bacon wrapped shrimp but the shrimp was way under cooked and uneatable. The icing on the cake was our $ 122 bill for a family of four… 4 meals and a blooming onion… Pretty pricey! I won’t be back that’s for sure!

Our server was really sweet and very helpful. We came here for a lunch date since we didn’t have our kids. It was fun and relaxing to sit in the bar with a friendly waitress.
I had the tortilla soup and it was so good. It had been cold out and I love hot soup when it’s cold. I am picky about my soup and this soup meets my standards.
The salad was fresh and the ranch was creamy. I liked the salad and the fact that I had plenty of time to eat it beforehand my main course came out.
I had the 20 ounce porterhouse steak and it was great. I could not eat the whole thing so we split it. I highly recommend this steak for anyone who likes steak.
The bar has really good drinks and they are well made. I like that they have a lot of different things to try.
