tech tried to sell us a part we knew we did not need. After telling him twice, what part we did need, and him not listening to us, I called the office back, explaining the tech did not know what he was talking about. The owner showed up at the property in less than 20 min. He went out of his way to have another tech go down the hill on New Years Eve to get the part we needed, and it was installed in less than 3 hours. Heater is working fine now.
Thank you, for going out of your way to provide heat to our tenants on a very cold day.
